We've had the trailer for less than a year and are on our third recall. The first one was for the slideout, discovered on a camping trip when it would slide out. We also had an issue with the water pump leaking, which had to be replaced along with the counter. The repairs took almost three months. Luckily this was during the off-season. Within two weeks, I received two more recalls, one on the spare tire mount and the second on the solar panel mount. The craftsmanship on the trailer is poor, and it seems like a rush job when building it. Overall, I am not impressed with the way Winnebago builds their trailers.

WINNEBAGO WILL NOT COVER THE ROTTEN PLYWOOD AND REPAIR!!! They say that Is NOT PART OF THE 3YEAR STRUCTURE WARRANTY??? And the slide out works only by the second person pushing and shoving on it it is JUNK

Poor quality control for sure. Purchased new and next day noticed water in the pass through storage. Probably from when they washed it. Rust up in the wheel well area. Wall separation in the bunk house area and tv wall. Hardware for grey and black tank pull handles corroded. When slide out was extended noticed screw missing on seal attached to trailer. With slide out retracted noticed caulking had visible holes. Very disappointing for sure.

This is the perfect size travel trailer for 2-6 people. My husband and I chose this model for the extra storage. It is just the 2 of us, so we use the bunks for extra storage and it is perfect. The storage area under the bunks can be accessed from inside or outside and the bottom bunk even folds up so taller items can be stored there. We cook regularly on the 3 burner propane stove or the combo microwave/convection oven. The refrigerator/freezer can run on either propane or electric. The bathroom is roomy with a corner shower which had an acrylic curved shower door. No more shower curtains sticking to you. And there is a large linen closet and under sink storage in the bathroom. The heat and AC both keep us comfortable. The heat even heat sthe underbelly to help keep the pipes from freezing. And if it gets really cold , the tanks have their own heaters. The bed is a camper queen murphy bed. We added a 3" mattress topper to make it even more comfortable. On either side is a closet for hanging clothes and a lower cabinet and counter. There is also a shelf above the bed for even more storage. The dinette is in the slide out and converts to another bed. More storage inside the bench seats. Other features include the large outside awning, inside/outside sound system, flat screen tv, usb ports, farm style kitchen sink, sofa, outside tv mount, solar panel, gas/electric hot water, and many other items. This model is 7 ft wide with a GVWR of 7000 lb making it an easy tow. We love it!

This is our first travel trailer and we are very pleased with our 2019 Micro Minnie. We purchased it at Fretz RV in Sauderton PA and they also were terrific to work with. We've read so many horror stories about dealers not doing good post-sale support but Fretz did a great job. Their service department was terrific to work with and the few warranty issues we had were done perfectly and within a reasonable amount of time. The big warranty issue was the slide was out of alignment so it was hitting and pulling the trim away. The other warranty issues were minor and honestly don't remember what they were. Pro-tip, don't extend and retract your slide until your rig is level! Lesson learned. This was a 2K repair job and was covered by Winnebago. Winnebago costs more than most other trailers and you get what you pay for. The cabinetry and doors are more substantial. The materials are higher quality and the only complaint was the faucets were not so nice but were swapped out very easily so we are very pleased! We especially love our murphy bed model (2306BHS) which means you don't walk into the coach and see a bed! We highly recommend Winnebago Micro Minnies and definitely Fretz RV!

It is at the dealer for the third time. They repair the trim and say they stopped the leak, but it still leaks. Winnebago was notified and they don't seem to care about our problem. Truly disappointed in the quality and support.
