Overall experience with this dealership has been positive, even though we have had some issues with our purchase of a 2020 GD Imagine 2500RL. While they had a couple of team members that didn't seem to share their company vision, to their credit, those people appear to no longer work there. Cliff, our sales rep, showed great patience and respected our time. He also quickly helped fill any communication gaps we experienced with other staff. Brian, the GM has also been very accessible throughout our service experience. Stacey, our service coordinator, has also been great to deal with. Dealership is very welcoming and made us feel comfortable throughout the buying process and afterwards. Beyond good business people, they are good people first. I highly recommend this dealership. My husband and I learned about White Horse Dealership and had the pleasure of meeting Billy Ray at an RV show in Edison N.J. From the moment we meet Billy Ray he was a gentleman. We were excited and nervous about the purchase and he was very helpful and made the experience a very pleasant one. Very knowledgeable, helpful, Patient and very friendly! When we came to pick up our RV the service at the center was amazing! RV was ready, cleaned and we were educated on everything we needed to know to go on our way!
