Would never recommend anyone to go to this place. Ok so lets start with buying the trailer, smooth sailing, quick process. However when we arrived, they refused to accommodate us on a day that wasn't a holiday as there was no staffing . Ok fine, we'll wait until they are open. Show up the day of delivery to find out the trailer was malfunctioning, ok, we'll deal with it, in the meantime no communication as to what was happening, that was rhe start of the untrusting relationship that had formed with voyager RV . Meanwhile the techs and sales people trying to be distasteful and shelter the fact that it was broken, trying to shuttle us into the building so we didn't know what was going on in poor taste. I did appreciate all the effort that we found out they had "done" in making this trailer work but it was a failure to say the least. Now I know problems arise however since the very first day the only thing we asked for was the truth and to be straightforward. None of which happened during this process. The process in which multiple managers and sales people and techs were "trying to figure it out" but was UNSUCCESFUL Secondly. Throughout the week being told by sales people and managers that they would keep us in the loop not one phone call was received by Voyagers team, we (the buyers) had to beg to get in contact with them just to get awnsers, perhaps trying to hide the fact that thier equipment was faulty and they indeed did not know what they were doing. Yes voyager offered to pay for a hotel because the RV furnace (in the middle of winter, on a brand new unit under warrenty) didn't work, however, it is the LEAST they could have done with kids in tow knowing our reasoning for purchasing a RV in the first place. Yes Voyager refunded the trailer and the payment that came out of my account and on the promise of a full refund if the trailer was unresolved, great, I wouldn't say any other dealership would have done the same thing for thier customers for a BRAND NEW unit off thier lot, defective ON the lot even before delivering it I am entitled to a full refund under warrenty and consumer rights. As far as the payment made, it was made before we even saw or went to retrieve the unit so again, I was entitled to that, Voyager, once again very unprofessional to mention any sort of finances on a Google review. Yes we had a free (and late delivery) however, in my opinion is a sugar coat to make Voyager feel better about selling and distributing a beyond repair brand new RV, And the meaningless words of managment promising rectification. Lastly and more importantly, when we arrived to Voyager after the RV was towed away we initially were interested in starting another transaction with them. They took us into the office where we asked standard questions regarding a new unit. The manager in poor taste once again stated that he suspects when we buy (a new unit under warranty through thier company) that there would be issues with us being a client ie: if another piece of garbage would come out of thier store. I was repsectul, understanding and kind until the safety and well being of my family was compromised with no comminication in sight, besides "were working on it, and well get back to you" I would like to mention the unit we had purchased and had "complained" about 100% out of our control, A. The board was faulty causing it to disengage the slide B. The heat stopped working. Not something you'd expect from a brand new unit. We bought a new unit with voyager expecting it to be a value and it turned out to be nothing short of a nightmare

Purchased a 2001 Excella 34 airstream. Was told the policy is to do a complete check over before the unit leaves the yard with new propane tanks and a new battery. Paid for delivery since I had no truck to pull it at the time. Delivery date was moved a couple times which was inconvenient, propane bottles were not new, they removed my 2 6 volt house batteries and replaced with 1 12 volt. Started up the airconditioner and it did not work. Started up the heat pump and did not work. Did not come with any sewer or water accessories, when we asked about the a/c they said it worked when it left the yard. Checked by their tech. Was suppose to have some conclusion to the problem with the manager but after a couple emails they stopped responding. Would not recommend buying anything from them

This was our first RV purchase ever. We lived in Ontario and the dealer is in BC. This could have been a challenge. It was not. They went above and beyond. They went to the trouble of doing a personalised video walk through ,sent up photos specs and answered all our questions. When I flew out to see the unit it was prepped for viewing and sales and tech guts walked me through everything. They were patient and understanding about all aspects of the transaction. They arranged for us to set up insurance and gave us credit at their store to pick up items we needed to go RVing that evening. They filled the fuel and LP tanks and even gave us gas cards. Fantastic experience. Next unit ,definitely going back to them. Thanks guys!

When we purchased our travel trailer back in early 2019 our dealings with Voyager RV were just fine but when we attempted to have them sell our RV on consignment this 2020 we recognized that we would take a big hit on depreciation but when they listed it for sale they asked almost the full new price of a new one and after showing it to be a pending sale 3 times in over 2 months and it not selling we gave up . When we went to pick it up we discovered that the bathroom door was broken and other small repairs that we asked to be fixed were not done. The Parts department staff stepped up and made the quick repairs thankfully. In an attempt to trade up to another larger RV the sales Department were not accommodating at all and they were apparently willing to loose a return customer by being too greedy. We will likely look elsewhere if we ever purchase another RV .

A couple of years ago I purchased a small Jayco Jay Flight from Voyager RV. From the moment I came in to make the purchase until I left the lot, I felt completely welcome and taken care of. Their professional staff did an amazing job, everything was organized and any questions I had were answered. Sheila in financing was great to deal with and the entire service department that walked me through the RV got me all hooked up so that I could enjoy my first trailer camping that night. The family and I had a blast. Thank you Voyager RV
