It feels like a home! Real hardwood cabinets and trim throughout. Soft close doors. A soft touch ceiling to quiet the outside noise and insulate, ceiling fan and cozy fireplace. Love all of the little features you normally find in an expensive diesel pusher. Even though Vanleigh division of Tiffin doesn’t make these anymore they’ve been amazing at customer support, parts and service. You can tell it’s a Tiffin product!

The Vanleigh Vilano is a quality built. true all season, luxury RV. Looks very high end, with real wood cabinetry, a large shower with seat and lots of head room with skylight. The 9' ceilings in the living area make it feel so spacious and the long center island is a bakers dream. Came with a king memory foam mattress that I absolutely love. I lived in mine fulltime for 3 years and loved it! It was my home on wheels until life took me in another direction. Like any RV, things will go wrong but the service department was always prompt, courteous, and took care of my needs without issue. Originally part of the Tiffin family of RV's but recently purchased by Thor. (Disclaimer: I rated the driving/towing a 5 because the site made me put a rating however I always used a towing service and did not pull the rig myself.)

I purchased this RV because my house burned up and needed a place to live while the insurance decided what they wanted to do. I was told this was the a top of the line manufacturer. I decided to spend more money then I had anticipated because I figured I wouldnt have do to deal with any major issues that can arise from RVs of lesser value. I was also told the cooling would be sufficient for full time living in the state of Arizona where I reside. Since day one the rear AC hasn't worked properly (freezing up, no air flow). I have had 4 visits by the dealer service department. I recently saw that most of the returns in the ceiling were collapsed. And probably the worst part is that I was told there were 3 AC units on the RV. It shows there are 3 (i was charged for) on the laminated MSRP that came in the warranty packet. There are only 2 units on the top. The manufacturer tells me they don't even have an option for 3 units on this particular model and the only option I have is to bring it back to the plant in indiana? and let them remodel it so it can support 3 ACs. I've also had several blinds fall off already. I have only owned it for about 5 weeks and have only been able to live in it for about a week total. Vanleigh states we have to wait to hear back from the manufacturer of the AC (Coleman) on what to do with the obvious lemon AC unit. Meanwhile here I am just couch surfing on peoples couches.

The Vanleigh Vilano 369FB is a one of the best floor plans we found and the quality and craftsmanship is outstanding. A must see! Starting in the master bath, you have a washer/dryer, shower, two sinks and a real toilet. The closet space is as good as any in this size rig. The master bedroom is roomy and has a spacious 7 drawer dresser with custom armoire. Walking down the steps into the living area, you find a very comfortable space for daily living. Residential fridge, island, 1/2 bath, dining table and seating area. The cabinet space is more than one could ask for and the quality of the wood cabinets are really wood., not composite. The Vanleigh line is backed by a service center that is second to none. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful when it's needed most.

Ordered this rv back on Nov 3rd 2021 and it was promised to be delivered by the end of Jan 2022. Just arrived and it’s mid March. Nothing but excuse after excuse on the delays. Ordered the 42rdb beacon with fire opal paint and it showed up with white Coleman ACs, not the standard Coleman Mach 8 ultra low profile black ACs that were supposed to be installed. Out of the 3, the heat pump ax unit doesn’t even function! No phone call, no nothing. Looks terrible. Then during inspection we find that they drilled screws through the kitchen light wood frame (exposed screws) and the wood is split in multiple locations all the way around the kitchen, chips in the exterior paint, many defects on the interior! Broken back window that won’t close, molding falling off in the bathroom, kitchen island wobbly and not secure, kitchen sink spout loose and sprayer won’t retract, stainless steel kitchen sink terribly scratched, all TVs crooked, scrapes
