Katrina gave us the ins and outs of every model we were interested in and also made recommendations that we never thought of that had a huge impact on our final decision. The new store manager ( Greg Ross)/ parts manager is impossible to get return phone calls. You have to call upper management to get him to reply. Some of these excuses are bad cell phone service/ he's with a customer/ he's at a meeting/ he tells you he'll call you right back in a couple of minutes but never does return your call until you call upper management. So my advice is if you have any questions or concerns just call Upper management in Jacksonville and at least you'll get an answer. They already had restaffing in the Ocala Store because of similar problems. Show less
