Purchased a new 34 PA and it’s been at North Trail RV more than our storage facility or on the road. Seems the Covid built ones or the recent takeover have left the QC dept. not doing their jobs. Many screws popping out from the hamper to cabinets. Major front cap roof leak!!! Slide out recalls, slides even slowly opening on their own. Never been able to use the satellite, spent a day in service just on that alone. Trim pieces falling off inside. Had a gasket rip outside on a slide while closing the slide. Rain-AC roof gutters drain on the coach staining the exterior. Grill has overspray paint. front AC error codes, 2 tank sensors don’t work. The biggest one yet is North Trail can’t figure out why the coach leans to the right!! 😔 We did catch some above items pre-delivery but wow has it been a disappointment. V8 is pretty decent but man she’s a rough ride. Added safety steer and may add liquid springs to help with some of the teeth rattling. Definitely not the Bob Tiffin pre-covid quality of years past.

I love the RV and am not sure this is the right place to put this but, I was driving down the freeway enroute to a campsite when the refrigerator vent cover blew off the outside of the rig. I had not opened this vent in over a year do not sure why this happened but it did. Stuff happens right? So ok, I need to order a new cover. I contact Tiffin, sure enough they have the part in stock and will ship. Part is reasonably priced ($43 and change) comparable to Amazon ($39 and change) so I figured I would order from Tiffin and lessen the chance of ordering the wrong part. Well I got the part but when I got my credit card bill I saw it had cost me over $47 for shipping!!!!! What the Hell????? So I called them and was told essentially, too bad, we used UPS and that's what they charged. This is BS, at the very least they could have given a shipping estimate. I could have shipped from Amazon for free! I will NOT be buying any more parts from Tiffin and would recommend that no one else does either unless they want to be bent over for shipping. Also in my opinion poor customer service for not letting me know a shipping estimate. And if wondering, this was just standard shipping, not a rush, no special circumstance, nothing......

I went from a 2016 32SA to the 2022 32SA. The ride is better. I had to add a Track Bar to the '16 for rear coach stability but didn't need it in the new V8 Ford chassis. We opted out for the oven and have much better pots and pans storage now in that space. The driver's, passenger and sofa seating much more comfortable. They moved the escape window in the bedroom area from the driver's side to over the headboard, giving you much more fresh air while sleeping. We lost one whole basement storage area when they move the house batteries from under the entry stairs to a rear basement storage area. The good news with that move, is that they are much more accessible for maintenance. Gas mileage is better with the V8 vs the older V10. The inside lights are now all LED and most are dimmable which is a great feature. The air conditioning runs much quieter than in our '16 32SA. They still have the tiny double sink that's too small to put a pan in to wash thoroughly. The electronic Spyder controls are easy to use and provide a lot of information. The capacities for all the holding tanks, is unchanged. Overall, changing from the V10 to the V8, is the most improved feature over previous years.
