If I were to start over taking on the journey of full time living I would have to choose a Tiffin coach. From livability to customer support, even outside of original warranty period, they have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Full time living in the Phaeton 44OH is just like having a sticks and bricks home. There is not one amenity that is missed. Driving this coach is a dream. Don’t let the size fool you. Purchased new in 2023. The Bunk fell down while driving, the window shades above couch fell down , bathroom door including frame fell off, passenger seat broke, docking light do not properly work, molding above the bed fell off, refrigerator had a leak, back slide opened by itself, storage compartment doors hit slide out, water coming into the motorhome from slides when show melts, windows leak, key pad was never wired and after wired at factory now stopped working, instrument panel quit working, front roof a/c does not put out air in vents. lift tv holding bracket fell off with all screws coming out, find screws and washers on floor after almost every trip, a glob of glue fell down in front of passenger seat, there were over 40 items to be repaired at Red Bay some were not after telling us they were. There is no quality in this coach and there is no pride or ownership of work. Show less

Where do I start? After owning an Airstream (which we still own) we decided to get the class C Tiffin Wayfarer and bought it new. On the way home from the dealer it started breaking down and having issues, and has been in the shop so many times I have lost count and still the issues from the first visit to the service department have not been fixed and it is 10 month old. The slide was not sealed and we found ourselves drenched in the middle of a thunderstorm. We have had wiring problems because Tiffin wired it incorrectly, and water leaks have been a battle because the hose rings have broken. Water damage has ruined our cabinets because they are a cheap press board, and because the quality is so bad, our shelves have literally fallen down. I feel like I am in a Caravan on Grand Tour with Jeremy Clarkson and everything is breaking! I am very disappointed that Tiffin has been uncooperative in getting our warranty work done, and not just flat out not fixing our rig. Show less

Unit has been pleasantly maintenance free from breakdowns and living experience. Comfortable to live and entertain in. Unit has received regular oil changes and travel maintenance after every use. A great looking , well maintained, that has enjoyed TLC Show less

I have a 2021 Allegro Bus 45OPP, this is our 3rd Tiffin and our 8th motorhome, and this one is loaded , with solar panels, adaptive cruise control, lane changing warnings, and much more. We looked at the Dutch Star and the Tiffins, and the floor plan, cabinetry , fit and finish, price, options, and overall comfort made our choice an easy one. Don’t get me wrong, the Dutch Star is a nice coach, but this one had our name on it. Each Tiffin that we’ve owned have been great with little or no problems. Which is probably why we’ve come back and bought another one. The underneath storage is great. You can store most anything , and with the electronic slide trays I don’t bump my head on the slides bending down . There are a few things I wish this one had, like a cell phone holder for the driver . I took care of this for $30 by buying one, so it was only a small issue. We love our coach , I would gladly recommend buying a Tiffin to anyone. Any RV will have a shake down period, but we have been lucky in that our punch list was not very long and everything was taken care of by LaMesa RV in Orlando , when we bought it. They are a quality outfit and fair to deal with. Good luck with your purchase and hope this review helps. Show less

It’s still new selling for health reasons must see to appreciate the value. We live in a motor coach park we have a casita and the coach is only to sleep in .the coach only has 11 k miles. Lite colors inside it’s beautiful. Has custom window covers. Show less

We love the size and floor plan of this RV. Easy to drive, maneuver and park. Setup and teardown goes quickly. Can camp almost anywhere. Large bathroom and shower. Good storage inside and out. Factory service from Tiffin in Red Bay, AL must better than going to a dealer. Can't say it's been problem free, but no RV is and it's certainly near the top in quality. Show less

I Have to say it is a nice coach but there is some serious quality control issues with it. I purchased a 2023 Allegro Bay 38AB recently and I am very disappointed with the overall quality for the price that I paid. Everywhere from cabinet doors falling off due to stripped out screws, solar wired backwards, Inverter falling off the wall due to more stripped screws, AquaHot leaking diesel, ice maker line pinched by a slide-out so we didn't have an ice maker, etc etc. I must also say Bob Tiffin didn't sign my coach, heck I can't even get anyone to call me back after leaving messages for Bob and his assistant, I just want to discuss the quality control issues that I have experienced. Very disappointed for what I paid for the coach. Show less

I have owned this RV for 2 years now. We are very happy with almost every aspects of it. Good Quality. Easy to drive. Lots of space. etc... I currently have a problem with the entry door hinges. The top 2 are broken. I called Tiffin and they no longer make these parts. Any clue where I could find those parts? Thank YOU! Show less

The TIFFIN 2018 was made before Covid and before TIFFIN was taken over by Thor. In 2018, TIFFIN was not rushing to push a lot of class a RVs off the assembly line. Tiffin service and commitment to the customer in our experience has been second to none. Every manufacturer has its good years and not-so-good years. Our 2018 Tiffin was one of the good ones for sure. The 2018 37AP Allegro Bus has the standard equipment that puts the glamour in “glamping” and has a multi layered and multi clearcoat paint job that is among the best in the business. It has been just the right size for us and it has independent front suspension-steering to “turn on a dime” and get us into campgrounds and camp sites that astonished onlookers. Yet long enough to “live” in very comfortably. When I’m ready to purchase our next RV, it will definitely be another Tiffin. Show less
