I have seen a lot of negative about the Quantum WS31. We have had our 2020 Quantum WS31 for just over 4 1/2 years. When we 1st bought it we did have a one time problem with the levelers. Thor techs were great and walked my husband through things to check. We did have to call a local tech to come to the RV park we were staying at to help. He was able to fix the problem and we had no further problems after this. I honestly cannot remember what it was. My husband taught me how to park it. After that we were off and with me doing 99% of the driving and parking. As my husband has tremors due to Parkinson's. We did a lot of mountain driving with a tow dolly pulling our Passat. No problems at all going up and down mountain roads or foothills. Plenty of power. We just had normal ware and tear on our Quantum. We did use our warranty for a few things with no problems. I will agree with complaints about Camping World. They were HORRIBLE to deal with both at dealer AND service end. I am shocked at the people that still deal with them. We ABSOLUTLY will no longer BUY or RECOMMEND business to them. As for THOR we have no complaints. This is just my 2 cents worth. Safe travels to all!

They should be ashamed of the quality of workmanship on this Motorhome.

My wife and I researched motorhomes for about 2 years before we settled on the 24FE. Overall its a great machine, perfect for two adults and the occasional grandchild. We especially like the floor plan. Has room to move around in, pretty good storage capacity, usable bathroom and shower, love the slide out queen size bed. Installed a second tv in the bedroom area so both tv's are tied into a central entertainment area over the entry door. Drives great and its a length my wife feels comfortable driving. Mileage is 10 miles per gallon as expected. Haven't towed anything yet but the hitch setup looks capable of towing most things. For the money it's a loaded machine. Last camping trip I took I woke up floating on my air mattress....no more of that nonsense. Comes solar prepped so I'm installing a solar panel next. Fuse panel is in a low position on the side of the bed but accessible. Highly recommend the Freedom Elite.

We have to do constant maintenance just to use the RV.

If you want junk you buy Thor. If you want poor quality, poor workmanship and leaks, buy a Thor. We purchased in 2018 and have hardly used the RV. It only has about 6,500 miles on it and we got it new having 2,200 miles on it from driving from the factory. Both slides are sealed horribly and leak every time it rains. The insulation and overall sealing is awful. There are several through holes which are not sealed. The electrical connections are the worst I have ever seen and almost burned the Rv up. The black holding tank almost fell off due to poor supports. All the rails for the sliding door and the curtains are screwed into the ceiling fiber with zero backing. The lights and other electrical wires were excessively long and dangling. The windows leak air and when it rains. The kitchen sink drain is improperly installed. The drain needs to have a slop down and it’s installed going up and in an unreachable location to fix without tearing out half the kitchen. Basically this Thir RV is a POS and I would advise to not purchase a Thor product. Read the reviews anc you will see the commonality in issues with Thor RV’s

Three times from the RV dealer (Reliable RV) and the last time from the fasctory. Still would not take fuel in the front tank. Dealer stated Thor knows about this issue but has no fix. Why would the dealer continue to sell? Next, plumbing under kitchen sink blew apart and had water and drain come apart. Nothing but headaches. I have taken a bath and traded in. If you are considering one, buyer be aware. I would personally never buy anything again from Thor.

This a great affordable RV, excellent for a lower budget or a first time RV. The Majestic 23A is a very basic RV, not too many bells and whistles, but that also means less can go wrong. I have taken ours on several trips, a few being 1000+ mile trips and it drives well and is very comfortable. Towing is fine, but it does tend to require low speeds on steep roads. The overall length is excellent and allows you to park in most driveways with very easy maneuverability. I would highly recommend this RV especially for anyone looking for a lower cost unit or a first time RV.

This Delano 24FB is the 4th RV I have owned, but the first that wasn’t a towable. Going from a 41’ 5th wheel to a 30’ Airstream and now to a motorhome with an overall length of just over 25’ makes it seems like I am simply driving a large car. I can get into any gas station or parking lot, back into any space with ease, and an average almost 15 MPG. The Murphy Bed makes the small space seem much larger. Thor could improve on their quality control. This one didn’t have any major issues, but the minor things should have been caught before it left the factory. It can tow up to 5,000 lbs so if we decided to start bringing a vehicle with us, there won’t be any problems.
