......great RV .......many annoying glitches but hey , nothing serious and overall a pleasant , well thought out holiday camper. Planning g a post Covid long haul 6-8 wks and looking forward to making the Four Winds our hi way home ! Especially like the MB chassis and fuel economy! Show less

Purchased new as 2018. Turns out the chassis is 2016. Apparently it sat before completion as the dash a/c was not blowing cold air. Once recharged it was fine. For a while. Ultimately I had to replace the compressor ($1300) as the dealer told me that’s a Mercedes issue. Overall quality is not as good as Winnebago which we previously owned. The saving grace is the Mercedes engine. Very nice driver with great fuel economy for a RV. Other issues were the grey water coming up the shower drain. We were told it’s due to the shallow holding tank design. Have to keep a cover over the drain. The propane system had several leaks that the dealer repaired. As for long term durability, I don’t think this is the coach for that. Would we buy another Thor product? No.... Show less

Thor I wanted to write a note to your company to tell you how satisfied I am with the people and product that they turned out for me. From the moment Thor contacted me on my complaint it was handled in a expeditious and professional manner by your representative Jason Treadway. The repair team I work with was led by Brian who kept me informed throughout the process. The team went beyond my expectations. The motorhome went in for one problem a leak in the roof which cause the floor to the degrade but while being worked on if they encountered another problem they repaired it.
