Thor acts like they will work with you but they do not follow through. We have been dealing with several water leaks in our motorhome. They have fixed several leaks but then another is discovered. Being an ongoing problem you would think someone would warranty it as an existing problem. Their motor homes are built poorly and you better find all the problems in year one under warranty. Don’t use Demontrond RV for you service needs they are the worst.

We are so disappointed. The floor plan seemed great, and it is easy to drive, but the build quality is absolutely abysmal. Everything rattles and shakes. Two parts fell off on the drive home. Things are mounted at angles, and pieces still fall off. The drawers all have splinters and were cut with the world's dullest saw. It has spent weeks in the shop for multiple warranty repairs. The pump was bad, the water system is awful, and there is no useful hot water. You can be off-grid for at most one night before you are out of water and power. So far this summer, only three camping trips, two with major problems, and three canceled while it waited for repairs. No jack, no spare, and an odd tire size meant a flat became a major issue. No storage for larger items -- two camp chairs barely fit. You can't get at most interior storage with the slide in, and you absolutely must be level to put the slide out. Avoid Thor.

Just purchased my 7th Motorhome. Asked the dealer to inspect thoroughly because I had traded in another . Basically fell apart as soon as I'm out the door. Called the factory, no response, nor with the dealer. Bathroom door won't shut, towel rack fell off the wall, closet shelf fell apart, tile floor peeling up, electric panel is installed askewed, table top wont stay fixed, extreme wind noise through side door, celing fan rattles and is installed improperly, bath door trim split, cabinet door cracked and misaligned, hooks holding bed up fell apart and allowed bed to hit wall, and the heater does not work....but it looks good from the outside [except where the paint job isn't complete.]

The truck portion of the RV is excellent: comfortable, good visibility, excellent control layout. It is a pleasure to drive. The camper portion has been plagued with nonstop problems. We've had water leaks, clogged plumbing, lighting failures, BMPro (control module) failure, and intermittent difficulty with bump-out and stabilizers. The biggest problem is the maintenance overload at the dealership that meant they had the RV on their lot for nearly two months to make minor repairs. Now, we have a one month wait for a simple refrigerator code reset, leaky water connection, and dripping faucet .

This 2021 coach was built on a 2020 Ford Transit chassis. I understand it was built during "Covid"; however the lack of quality control was more than excessive. Everything creaked, rattled, and groaned. Lots of wiring left loose, improper fasteners, poor fit and finish, lots of screws force threaded, drawer latches improperly installed, couldn't fill the water tank, I could go on and on. Resulting from frustration, I wrote a letter to the CEO, I was contacted by someone in customer service, and it was arranged to fix the water fill issue, replace some defective caulking, and attempted to quiet the slide drive mechanism from rattling down the road. I went through everything in the coach myself, replaced most latches, an re-engineered the entire skylight assembly , now the coach goes down the road quietly. As for the chassis, I had the entire driveline replaced, and it still vibrated, and then removed and replaced again after a driveline balance. I installed fender liners with dyna mat sound proofing, and the road noise is lessened. I think Thor and Ford can make good products, but this was not one of them!

Quite a few minor issues but every major component works well after we have made 4 trips. Had a poor experience with Camping World on initial pick up as the unit was not prepared for sale properly. I have not needed warranty work and thank goodness as you cant get anyone in the service department in the Georgetown Ky Camping World to answer the phone. Unit drives well except in high wind where it is a struggle. Every thing works well but had to learn how to use them with trial and error. As an example the unit has a flash water heating system but if you take a shower you will get repeat bouts of cold water coming through. By lowering the temp on the control and only using the hot water you get a warm continuous shower. Floor plan has worked well for a retired couple but would not be good for more than 2 people. Getting 15 mpg about what expected. Unit came missing DVD control and the Ford funnel used for the capless gas tank which I still hate and have not bought other Ford vehicles for many years. Also had an unusual curtain which did not fit the unit and had no way to fasten up. We purchased a curtain and rod that works fine. The DVD is in an odd location where when you open the door it hits the shelf, the door broke off due to this. Also be aware that the DVD works on only 1 TV of the three in the unit, not sure why they cant remedy this. Fridge and stove have worked great as well as the heat pump, Control panel is well laid out and easy to work with. Over all I very much like this Class B plus unit and would purchase again. I just wish that there was better attention to detail at Thor, better instruction manuals and that Camping World would not be a detriment to the experience.

My main problem at hand is the smell from the def system. It constantly smells. Their are no leaks on the injection system. Does anyone else have or had this problem?

The only good part is the Sprinter chassis. Well built and smooth. The Thor-built house portion poor, very poor on all accounts. wood dust all over, cabinets with poorly constructed floors, sides, manual is totally useless. Thor, how about a manual for this particular model, not for 15 different class a and c. where is the electrical schematic? Where is a plumbing and water system schematic? Have you considered placing flow arrows on the tubing to show the flows. Switches failing (awning and skylight. Alarm generator hidden under sink went off due to mal-adjusted/tightened limit switches for leveling jacks. And on and on. No satisfaction or support from Thor. Last Thor we will ever buy. You would not want to hear my wife's review.
