We are a retired couple with pets. This small Class A crossover, combines Class A and Class C features. Perfectly fitting our needs. Layout is well designed and functional, utilizing all available space and storage wisely. For the price the quality of construction is pretty good and the drive train and chassis are proven and reliable. This unit has upgraded features from our old 2006 Class A and hopefully it will be as reliable over time. We take pride in the upkeep of previous;y owned units ( slide on, fifth wheel, and class A) throughout the years which has have paid off in maintaining reliability and resale value. This unit is new and only time will tell but so far we are very happy with it. Thor was very helpful with the purchase but the dealer, General RV, was less than stellar. Prior to signing we were treated like one of the family... after we signed we became a illegitimate stepchild. Their service is "horrendous" !!! Show less

This is the perfect size RV for couples or families. It has enough storage underneath and can still tow my pick-up for extra storage. We can get into any camps and even any parking lots with no issues of getting in and out. This size is allowed in all national parks. I highly recommend this RV size and Manufacturer. Show less

We have been up and down east coast. Travel through out Texas and New Mexico. With cameras for side mirrors and good backup camera it makes for easy driving even when towing. My wife drives it as much as I do. Show less

Small things the factory should have caught but quick to fix! Love the King Bed!! A must for campers to enjoy camping experience. Like others, mattress not the best. Get lots of compliments on interior. Added extra backsplash at stove and bathroom with peel and stick pieces. Made a difference!! Show less

Wonderful, easy to operate motor coach.This rig has all the power necessary to tow my car or motorcycle without forfeiting control and a whole lot of gas mileage. Very full featured, we have enjoyed every mile. Show less

The ACE is easy to drive and has all the automatic comforts. When the slide outs are extended there is plenty of space for a family of 8. The master suite has a king bed with a privacy door-well thought out floor plan. There are several spacious storage compartments. This RV came with 3 TV's and a DVD player. Show less

We have taken 2 trips, one to Texas and the other for 3 months last winter to Florida. We enjoyed the scenery as we drove. We watched TV just as we would have at home. The King bed is confortable and it's east to drive. Show less

An absolute nightmare to drive. Another $5000 to $9000 to improve. Huge MISTAKE to buy. Quality poor, engineering not thought out & causes it's own issues. Hoses pinched, shower floor unsafe ..... in service 4 1/2 months of our 1st 10 months owning it. Took the loss & traded it in. Show less
