Bought this MB24 with 4000 miles on it… like new from elderly couple. Nice layout, quality of appliances and materials very good to good. Manufacturing workmanship horrible. I’m a retire automotive engineer 42 years working on design and quality issues on cars and truck globally… if we had built our vehicles like this we’d be out of business in a couple years… but this is the norm in the RV industry. I spent about a week going through the entire motorhome from under the chassis to under cabinets, slide out errors, pinched wires, missing rubber seals, missing screws, loose wood braces, missing caulking in bathroom shower, etc, etc. Fortunately I know about vehicles and I like all my vehicles in tip top shape so I’ve done this to every RV we’ve owned over the last 40 years… and this is why I know MOST of them are poorly built… regardless of brand. BUT they’re so handy and so much fun you have to have one! This Mercedes diesel is smooth, powerful, and quiet. The Audi system is terrible and wind noise of the Thor design (shoulders outside of driver and passenger doors) makes it very noisy inside. Domestic A/C unit works great to cool down the cabin but VERY NOISY and has a droning vibration that I haven’t figured out how to fix. I will likely never take this motorhome to the dealer since they usually come back more broke than fixed… just ask around to hear all the horror stories. Very nice interior design… TONS of storage for a small Class C that measure 25’ 8” tip to tail. You think build quality would be better for a unit that retails at $175,000! 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️ But it’s all fixed up now and ready for some long trips so we’re hoping it will hold up for years. 🙏🏼🤞🏼 Show less

Overall happy with the Thor Axis 24.1 and think the floor plan is excellent. One improvement is to rethink the bathroom in order to enlarge the shower stall. I have had very few issues with the RV and only one warranty repair which was covered and easily repaired. Anytime I have called Thor technical support I have received excellent service and advice. The suspension and drivability is not very good. Thor should consider beefing up the shocks, leaf springs and adding a steering bar. Yea, this would add cost, so make it optional, but doing these upgrades afterwards is more costly and time consuming.. Show less

Only two problems: bedroom door slide guide and shower door leak. Fixed both myself with $4.00 in parts. Don't need two tvs in the livingroom but they work great. Very satisfied with overall fit and finish of everything. First time class a owner. Would recommend this model from Thor. Show less

The previous reviews are for previous years. I guess they have improved this model for 2024 since it has only been around since 2021. I have had this now for 7 months, traveled 8,000 miles, stopping more than 40 times in 9 states and 2 provinces. Hasn't given me any trouble at all during all this. Everything works well and is quite dependable so far. The Ram van is a great vehicle with a fine, comfortable ride. I get up to 20 mpg unless it's very windy, then it goes down to 16 or 17. Only a minor U-connect software recall they fixed right quick. So, I am impressed and quite pleased with my new home. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for quality are the drawers, which are a bit flimsy but quite functional. I'm sure things will break, everything made by humans will, then I might have something to say about Thor service! I wouldn't have given a service rating but it was mandatory. Show less

The Mercedez Delano does not honour warranty. The paint on the unit's is God awful. They change out tires to put cheap tires and then Mercedez will not warranty them and Thor denies doing so. overall do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY that is all they care about. We bought our motorhome used in a private sale. Meticulously maintained and kept both inside and out, we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. The layout is efficient yet comfortable and the appliances all work well as they hadn’t been used much. Upholstery on the benches and sofa as well as driver and passenger seats is in mint condition, and all cushions are firm and comfortable. The bed is comfortable and though it’s a bit of a challenge to make it up because it’s in the slide-out, I can use the standard queen bedding we use in our home. The bathroom is easy to use and clean and the shower is adequate with space to get clean. Love the retractable shower door, too, as well as the skylight over the shower space. The windows in the rig are numerous and large, letting in plenty of light and making for easy scenery viewing. Vents are also numerous with two of the four being covered by ventilated hoods to avoid rain getting in. The cabinetry is lovely and there’s lots of room for storage. Kitchenette is very efficient yet has a good amount of counter space with a two-piece cover for the large farm sink making it easy to get prep work done. On-demand hot water is wonderful though my husband replaced the water pump with one that has more oomph; the unit’s own pump couldn’t deliver consistently hot water without running cold every so often-not a pleasant surprise when in the shower! Convection microwave means I can serve freshly baked foods and the air conditioner is a big help for warm afternoons. Heater works great and keeps the nighttime chill at bay. Overall, a quality rig (original SRP 100K brand-new), bought at a nice price and one we plan to keep for the foreseeable future. Show less

Purchase brand new with many defects, floor,paint,chassis,water leak,this unit was sold as new and has been a nightmare , skylight window out balance,bed mattress used,hair peace of jewelry inside cabin and defective roof joint bar expose on bunked.Run away from Thor quantum LF31.I purchase this one at Lamesa RV Ftmyer after hurricane IAN and have so many problems that we has not able to use the motorhome .Going next Thursday to Ford dealership saying that the housing is twisted due to Ford Chassis defect Piece of junk is Thor. This a great RV for couples and families with really versatile sleeping arrangements. Light and airy the space feels large and has tons of storage . The RV has a strong engine and is handles extremely well. The outside storage offers a good amount of space to stow all the things for your outdoor adventures. The awning has a led light strip and there are outdoor speakers. This particular unit is solar ready just waiting for panels. Show less

We have had campers, Class B, Class A, 5th Wheels and now a Class C again. This Entegra Odyssey is the best all around unit we have ever owned. We have had it over a year and no issues at all. No recalls, nothing. We have been on several trips, the last trip was 32 days in 5 different states. Great Unit! Show less

Within weeks of buying this brand new RV we began to regret our purchase. From the moment we brought it home things started to go wrong. Leaking water pipes, cracked side window, auto-leveling jacks leaking hydraulic fluid ... within the first 3 days we found seven significant defects/problems, and this is before we ever took it out to go RVing. It only got worse at the campsite. Auto-leveling system locked in the down position. We were stranded at the campsite for over a day until someone helped us figure out how to manually release the hydraulic fluid in the jacks. I could go on . . . multiple major issues kept us from every really enjoying the RV, and it spent more time in service than it did in our possession. I just ended up selling it to a dealer at a $40,000 loss. - Never buy a Thor! Show less
