Do not buy Thor Motor Coach . Mine has been in the shop for five months. It’s a 2025 Gemini trip. Everything was put together backwards. I’ve made five payments still not working. Jeremey that works at Thor is a liar. I got two 200 amp our batteries in my RV when I bought it. It’s the wrong brand so they don’t communicate. They ordered new batteries and he only ordered 100 amp our batteries. I straight up instructed him not to do this because I knew he was gonna do this and he wanted me to take it in and put those in there just to see if they work and then he could install more to make them equivalent to how I bought it. That didn’t sit well with me because I knew he was lying so when I said no, I will wait for the 200 amp power batteries he proceeded to say I’ll have to talk to your attorney. I can’t upgrade the batteries. I said it’s not upgrading. It’s how I bought it and yesterday you were saying, let’s just put these lower grade batteries in And then I’ll order more. What happened to that statement? Oh, he was lying. I had no intent in turning this in as a Lemon because it’s officially a Lemon thanks to his lies and manipulation. I would never wanna work with this company in the future. It would be very difficult to convince me to keep this and deal with Thor. Show less

In 2023 Thor placed the Magnitude SV 34 on an F 600 chassis. With the Ford 6.7 L Power Stroke and Torque Flight 10 speed transmission, the towing power, handling, and drivability of this unit is at the top of the Super C class. With over 3000 pounds of cargo carrying capacity and four-wheel-drive, this chassis will get you into a lot of places with the gear that you want to take with you while not having to change to a class A or B drivers license. The layout with your theater seats and dinette facing out the large window on the camping side is my favorite. There is ample kitchen space a nicely laid out bathroom and a nice large king bed. While there is room to sleep people over the bunk, I find this layout has been perfect for one to two people. The bill quality I found to be overall good on my unit and for the most part Thor has been good with warrant and support. After a six month shakedown., We did find multiple issues with our dealership, got fixed through the warranty. Some of the things included the kitchen counter was not attached properly, we did have issues with the slide and needing to have wiring replaced, the black tank flush had never been attached at the factory, and the rear shade had fallen off while we were traveling down the highway. Thor wanted to correct all the items except for attaching the black water flush which they said was wear and tear. After several discussions with the warranty department, they finally agreed to fix something that they never hooked up in the first place at the factory. I would give overall quality a higher score if it wasn’t for the slide system, which is a constant problem on this unit. Luckily, I have bought an extended warranty, which has paid for several more repairs on that slide unit since the factory warranty has run out. I love this unit and have not seen anything on the market that I would replace it with. Overall, the quality on my unit has been good and the livability has been excellent. I purchased the coach in southern Texas this February. Drove down from NE Ohio in my Prius. Rented a U-Haul trailer in Del Rio, loaded the Prius and drove the RV back with the Prius on the car hauler in tow. The Chevrolet 3500 chassis with 6.6L gas & 6 speed transmission got 10.3 mpg all the way back. Towed great. Regarding the coach, I had a few minor issues that resulted in my visit to Thor's repair facility in Wakarusa, IN. It appears several were caused by an authorized realer in NM (or TX) during a minor repair intervention. A couple of other cosmetic issues created by the previous owner, a couple of minor issues from the factory and one electrical issue that prevented the coach battery from charging while driving. I can't be more pleased with the folks at Thor in Wakarusa, IN. The early June warranty appointment at their factory repair facility with the Chateau 22E far exceeded my expectations. Not only did all the important issues on my list get resolved, but they also found a couple I had missed and even generously took care of a few items created by the Chateau's previous owner. My sincere thanks to Warranty Administrator Leslie, Service Repair Tech Tim, Service Supervisor Ed and Service Coordinator Jennifer. You were all professional and thorough. As I previously indicated, you more than exceeded my expectations. In this day and age of RV manufacturers that hide & obfuscate their problems, it's so gratifying to come across a corporation whose staff puts their customers' needs first. BTW.. With regard to overall RV quality and the warranty issues.. I'm totally impressed with the quality of the coach. While there were a couple of minor factory finishing issues, there was only one I considered significant that involved a circuit that prevented the chassis from charging the coach while driving. I believe the remaining issues were either created during a NM (or TX) repair center intervention or by the original owner sometime before I took possession of the RV. We have had our rv for 2 months and during this time we have been in contact with our dealer as well as Thor regarding several issues. Our calls are not returned by either party. At this point we feel we are on our own to take care of any problem that comes up. I urge everyone who is considering buying a rv be sure you want to deal with this matter yourself because you will not receive any support from the company. Find another way to spend your hard earned money. Show less

Overall, we are very pleased with the unit so far. It has a great floor plan and we enjoy all of the appliances and kitchen layout. The bathroom and shower are thoughtful and very usable. We have had the usual "shake down" issues associated with newer units but are approaching 60 nights in it and 8,000 miles on it without any unexpected major setbacks. We have owned RVs for 30+ years and have had all types at one point or another. This is our third Class-A and the most expensive by far. Simply can't say enough good about the newer Freightliner chassis! The technology advances year on year are fantastic and make the unit far safer and drivable. Primary Complaints: Poor overall quality of construction of the coach and its assembly. The unit is thrown together far to fast and has little attention to detail. If Thor would enhance their build/assembly quality, they would kill the industry in this class and price range. Fuel milage is around 7mpg avg towing at 70-75mph. Yes, she has a drinking problem! We travel on business/pleasure 25-30k miles per year so we are more than simple passive owner-operator-campers with strong mechanical backgrounds and base our opinions on many different owned units, miles driven, and word of mouth conversations out on the road. The lemon hasn't had working hot water. No hot water being produced by the AquaHot system for nearly 1 year. The Firefly readout says that it's working and status is "OK". There are no system faults. It was in the repair shop at Lazy Days of Wilmington, Ohio for 3 months. They couldn't fix it. I drove it back to the Thor factory repair, where the lemon was made, in Wakarusa, Indiana and they had it for two weeks. This is all warranty work. They stated on the work order that the hot water system was "On" for 2 days so no repair was needed. The only problem, still no hot water is being made. They were too incompetent to actually turn the water on to see if it was getting hot. Show less

Absolute junk, worst mistake I ever made was buying a Thor! Brand new and nothing but issues, purchased in March and I have had it less than 3 weeks, the rest of the time it has been in the shop! Poor workmanship, sloppy work putting it together and Thor could not care less, their mantra is, well we will fix it. What about compensation for all the stress, issues, problems and that it looks used, they stated your compensation is that we are fixing it! RUN away from Thor, buy anything else, I wish I had done more research!!! Show less

I drove this RV towing my car across country and after getting used to driving an RV, had no problems. The free standing shower makes it nice. The hot water heater runs off of propane as does the generator. Good sized fridge and easy to use galley. The awning is nice when you stop to make sure you are in shade. Show less

Checked out a c class Ford four winds at delightful days in Walton ky. It was perfect for a couple to travel. Low mileage only 5500 miles. It isn't over sized easy to handle for inexperienced driver. Frist time owners this C class would be perfect. Purchase price was negotiable great team of sales persons to work with i had the pleasure to work with the owner Chris as well as his son Doug . It is still available as of this past weekend. Show less

We purchased this RV to haul our 4 place horse trailer and travel across the country for a year!! The hauling and power are great! Unfortunately the quality of cabinets/carpentry is so very very poor! The tankless water heater has already needed to be replaced and tankless technology is not that great because in order to get hot water to wash dishes in sink uses up SOOO much water. Not great when boondocking! Our bumpout has given us trouble since day one but now has completely broken!! Thor has been completely unhelpful!! They make the customer AND dealerships go through ridiculous hoops to get a warranty item fixed! We so far have spent 3 extra weeks in 1 spot on our trip because if you move and don’t have the original dealer that submitted claim do the work you need to start claim process all over again!! VERY VERY ambiguous about when parts will be shipped to dealer!! I have had an email thread with Thor & dealership for a month now. ETA for parts in the email thread has always been a certain date. That date has come and gone no parts and I find out the day before ETA that the ETA isn’t even referring to delivery of parts to my dealer but to Thor factory which in turn needs to mail it out to dealership after that!! I am starting to ramble all I can say is not at ALL truthful or transparent!! Totally different complaint: to fill fuel tank takes an hour or possibly more! You have to dribble the fuel in because the pipe that puts it into the tank has a 90 degree angle Hopefully this experience will help someone make an informed decision and not just based on power for towing like we did!! Gauges for fresh water, grey and black are completely useless. Most of the time they all 3 read exactly the same at 67%!! Show less
