Hello just wanted to let everyone know that Sunnyisland RV is a great place to do business service and maintenance ! I just can't say enough good things ! I actually called about some issues I've had with my unit and Steve has helped me ever time he's very knowledgeable ! We had a flat tow system installed on our unit and they took care of the parts right down to a perfect installation ! I wish we could have bought our unit from them however I'LL always have my service and trouble and maintenance done only at sunnyisland RV Thanks! Show less

Did not buy the rv at this dealer. We only found one dealer with the flour plan we liked. Anyways our rv needed service.It was still under warranty. The another dealer kept it for 6 weeks. When we picked it up we paid to have our propane filled.WE checked it before we left. Did not fill. Had to ask for the fill. Along with have our thermostat fixed.We were dump enough NOT TO CHECK it when we picked it up. Turned out they did not put the correct wire in. We came to sunny island they told us by the end of the day that the wrong wire was used. REPLACED what we needed with in a few days. EVERY THING WORKS GREAT. It will be the only rv service center we will ever use in the rockford area. Show less

Our experience with the sales department was pretty typical, the one thing I appreciated was that their was no fluff. I purchased a used vehicle so you get what you get. The service department however is exceptional! They made sure everything was working before they delivered our unit. So happy with the whole deal. Thank you all so very much! I'm a happy camper!
