This is one of the best built travel trailers on the market. Sundowner is famous for their livestock and racing trailers with living spaces, and few even realize they make a purpose built travel trailer. It is absolutely built like a tank, and with top quality materials throughout. All aluminum double wall construction, diamond plate rock guards on the front and underbelly, its just as solid as a rock. Inside, its roomy, quiet, comfortable and tons and tons of storage. As a former Airstream owner, I would absolutely put this in the same class and in fact, Sundowner does a lot of things better.

The Sundowner Trailblazer is a nice tow hauler camper but the structural design and quality of the welding on the aluminum frame is very poor. My daughter owns a 2021 Sundowner Trailblazer. In less than 6 months it has been back to the factory for weld repairs and now, 2 month later, its in another shop for the same issues. Broken welds. Obviously there is a structural design issue with the Trailblazer.
