terrific experience beginning with the purchase of our RV. The sales department was wonderful no pressure just very helpful. Made it a good experience. but the old saying of anyone can sell something to you it’s the service department that makes the difference really true. we are leaving on a trip across country and Tom in service in the turner location went above and beyond to make sure our camper was 100%. he fit me in. Not having to do that but knowing it was important to my wife and I. it’s that extra service that really makes a difference. Many Thanks.

We purchased our first travel trailer this year and on our second trip, the slide out came off the track. We were devastated because we had trips and vacations pre-planned. The service dept in Turner was extremely helpful and they were able to get our parts ordered and our camper fixed within 2 weeks during peak season so that we could continue with our plans for the summer without interruption. Great communication and excellent customer service!! Highly recomme d.

I purchased a brand new 2017 Fifth Wheel Hideout May of 2017 for my Ford150. I picked it up Mothers Day weekend and drove it to my camping lot in Hope. No power cord came with it, I traveled high and low locally to get a power cord none to be found. Drove hour and half to sister store to get power cord. The Owner could have done a better job serving us in stead off complaining about sister store not having cord in camper as they are not interchangeable. (it was) After a few days of traveling to get everything needed I was able to get it up and running. Second issue comes in to play sewer pipes leaking. Towed up back to Turner to have the service department fix the leak. The intelligent service department cuts the sewer pipe in the middle of the line to put in a new release valve on a BRAND NEW CAMPER . (Instead of fixing it properly ) Needless to stay now I have two sewer release valves on a BRAND NEW CAMPER that continues to leak. The trim continues to fall of the ceiling and around the door frames. There is a gouge in the counter top. Replaced the DVD radio once, now that stopped working several months ago. They refuse to come to you and service units. My vehicle died because the camper the sold me was to heavy for my vehicle at that time. Have since purchased a F250 so I can haul this twice a year. This camper is hauled and set up on a seasonal lot and pulled out twice a year. My camper is like new but with the on going defects and now another sewer leak pipe burst because of they neglected to fix right the first time. This horrific experience with Scotts Recreation represented by Keystone has gotten me to believe you don't care about your customers as long as you get a sale and take it off the lot. I would not recommend buying from Scotts Recreation by Keystone. They treat you like your a nuisance and blow you off and don't answer or return your phone calls. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU WANT SERVICE AFTER YOU HAUL IT OF THE LOT.

My wife and I are looking for a truck camper. After going online and seeing a few at Scott's, we decided to go on a road trip. Over three hours worth of driving we arrived. Truck campers were right out front. Knowing what they had from the website, a used Lance, and two new Palomino's. We looked around for 15 minutes or so, and no one came out. Okay, I will go inside. In the cubical there were two people, an older gentleman and a woman. We walked around the showroom, looked at the tiny unit on display, must have been inside close to 10 minutes. I finally went to the counter/cubical area and asked the older gentleman, can someone help me, I am interested in a truck camper. He said, let me get a salesperson for you. Okay, I will be outside near the units. My wife and I went into the Palomino;s again, and the preowned Lance. This time we were a bit more attentive to the condition. The carpet was filthy! The oven had not been cleaned in a while by the looks. I am thinking, why would anyone not clean this up before they traded it in? Okay, some people would I guess, certainly we wouldn't. But, why in hell would Scott's advertise this on their site looking like this? It's now been 15 more minutes and no one has come out. I then looked at the tractors, After a total of 20/25 minutes now and the time even before we went inside, we had had enough. If they can't come and talk to us, what in hell would happen if we did buy something and needed service? I answered my own question, we left!!! I can promise one thing, I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!

I Bought a 24 ft enclosed 2007 haulmark used trailer from Scott's recreation Oct 13 and paid more than MSRP new ... they would not budge on price but was what it was.. I needed one, they knew it and were fine with ripping off a customer if they could. The sales rep, Billy, talked to manager and did agree that they would reseal the leaking roof for me in a couple weeks if I brought the trailer back but they didn't have time to do it now. I waited around for a good hour and a half with my family in the van while he counted and recounted 20k in cash someone just brought in while someone else guarded the door to his office. When he finally let me back in he took the cashiers check, then told me I had to sign saying I was buying it as is even though he said they would still fix the roof later. Took the trailer home and hat's the last I heard from him. He was supposed to call ne back with date and time for the repair appointment. Now He won't return my emails or calls. He sent the trailer out without keys or title which I didn't get by mail for a couple weeks because no one knew where they were. He never set up the appt to fix the roof as promised. Alex, the lady at the front desk is no longer there... her emails get returned. Billy ignores me. He is an unethical salesman who lies just to make a sale and doesn't care about honesty or the customer at all. I will never buy from Scott's Recreation in Turner ME again. Some other rep who noticed how long they made me wait did give me a hoodie sweatshirt like that would make up for the rediculous wait before I left. It says Scott's Recreation. Im going to get fabric paint and add "avoid these crooks at all costs". My name is Matthew Coover with Coovers Seasonal Services, Billy, and my number is 207 five six four 8158.
