We bought a used 5th wheel from this dealership. The walk thru with the tech was very good.Kevin did a good job of going thru everything. The sales department on the other hand is less than desirable. We paid cash so I guess if you don't owe them anything you get no response from the salesman. Trailer was filthy and no owners manuals. Couldn't get Mike the salesman to contact previous owners about manuals. Had to contact them myself. They left manuals in trailer but were not there when we purchased it. If this is the way they treat all the customers don't know how they stay in business. Would give them zero stars for customer relations.

Where to start? On March 5 2022 we purchased a brand new trailer. The day we picked it up the service tech Arvil did a "show and tell" to get us familiar with our trailer. He explained to us that he was in charge of our trailer from start to finish. First thing we noticed was a leg just laying on the floor from one of the couches, there was a few other things that didn't work that he apparently had no idea about. We had also done our research and was fairly certain this model had Bluetooth capabilities to work stuff with an app on our phones. When we asked him about it, he was certain our trailer didn't have that. Once we got home we did some more research and sure enough it does. Next Brennan in parts. The day we picked up our trailer we purchased some cameras that are compatible with the Furrion brand hookups most trailers have. We never compared to furrion but he assured us they were better and cheaper. Once we got home we looked at reviews and it seems he is most likely right, however the problem here was he told us they were "plug & play". Easy to install. This is not true. We had to cut wires "per instructions" and we had to remove a wall in the storage area just to get to these wires. Next, Mr. Citte not the owner Trent, but his brother didn't finish everything we asked for so we had to take it back to finish the services asked for at a later date which was 2 weeks later, and we live an hour away one way! During this service the technician working on our trailer ran it into their building causing damage to the ladder and rear sliding glass door. We were assured everything would be fixed. They set us up an appointment on April 25 for the repairs. 2 days later after our scheduled appointment date I called Kelly for an update. She told me it wasn't in the shop yet but would be the next one in. I never got any updates unless I called them first. 6 weeks later they were still waiting for my ladder parts. Yes 6 weeks later after my appointment. The manager Clint Easling just tells you what you want to hear and doesn't actually care what happens and doesn't follow up at all. Next on June 22, I get a call from AAA insurance at 11:45 in the morning telling me about damage done to my trailer that happened that morning at 8:30 when someone ran into it! Not a single phone call from Ray Citte. Finally I called later that evening just before they closed and "oh you're on our list to call". REALLY? My trailer was wrecked again, not even Ray Citte's fault but I have to find out from the other insurance company? Finally June 28 our trailer is "finished" Kelly tells me she will leave it outside with the keys hidden. Now remember, I live an hour away well luckily I made it before the sales department closed because guess what? It's locked behind a gate. Our first trip out using the trailer the rear sliding glass door falls off its frame once again. I had to take it somewhere else that knows what they're doing and pay $240 for the repairs that Ray Citte should have done for free because they're the ones that ran it into their building! And Clint also said he would take care of some other warranty issues that were not taken care of that we are now trying to get Kelly to take care of. Lesson learned. Don't do business with Ray Citte RV

Sales was great. It went downhill from there. Reported small damages when I purchased the unit. Ray dirty said it’s all covered under warranty and would be fixed immediately. 13 months later it was “fixed” by half ass repairs. Door still is not square and fenders look like a grade school child sealed them. Don’t worry I took it to Sierra RV and was able to get it fixed the correct way. This is the worst Customer Service business I have ever felt with. They lie, cheat, half ass everything. Run far away people, or expect the same. They also get their friends n family to post reviews to raise their ratings on google. Buyer beware

Buyers beware!!! When we picked our camper we picked a 2020. The paperwork we signed was for a 2020. However when we went to trade it in at a different dealership we learned we were actually sold a 2019 based off of the VIN number. We were charged for a 2020 camper and only received a 2019. We then had to pay extra out of pocket for the trade in. So we then paid even more for the camper. After reaching out to Ray Citte we learned that they actually knew the paperwork was wrong. Once speaking to a manager he said the person who told us that information would be punished. I have since attempted to remedy this situation many times. I would like the dealership to make this right. They falsified documentation and we ended up paying more money in the end. The manager has accused us of being liars and being "opportunists". All we want is for the wrong to be made right. But this business will not do that. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your camper needs. This place may have been something great long ago, but with Clint as one of your managers it is being represented as a dishonest, document falsifying, disgraceful business.

It took them 3 months to repair those minor things. The biggest problem was the water heater. It hasn't worked the entire time. Ray citte couldn't figure out what was wrong. We finally decided to change out the control module. We went into Ray citte to get a new part. The service professoinals were incredibly rude. They did whatever they could to not help us. Later we tried to call and order the oar t for pickup. They wouldn't transfer us to the correct department. We called the correct department and the service technician was on his lunch break so he so he said call back and never did. NEEDLESS TO SAY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND RAY CITTE RV TO ANY ONE

I purchased a trailer from Ray Citte last week. Steve Ross particularly was very helpful in our search for a trailer and the specifics to what options they had available. Without his help in getting their information on their trailer options we likely would not have purchased from them. He's also been willing to give information for a couple of post sale questions. Jim Adams also provided helpful information during our search and decision process. Service was helpful as well about warranty related items needing to be taken care of, hitch installation and Todd provided good information during the orientation (especially important since we are first time trailer owners) and spent time answering our many questions. Parts, particularly Austin, was also helpful in getting us setup with a few parts needed initially and information for other parts. I've had a couple of questions for both Service and Austin in Parts as we've been getting our trailer equipped and they have also have been available and helpful. The reason for the neutral 3 star warranty rating is that I've not had warranty support performed yet.
