Found a coach that we thought we were going to buy, flew 1 way planning to drive it back to Ohio. Nothing wrong with the coach but it did not meet our criteria. Initially thought we were going to have to fly back home. Chin graciously gave us keys to all other coaches to look at on the lot and low and behold he had one he forgot about and it was exactly what we wanted, Brand, Length, Age, and of course Price. After much searching for a class A Motorhome we saw one we liked on RVMax website. We decided to make the 250 mile trip to look at the RV. We met with the owner looked at the RV and agreed on a price. There were some things that we wanted to change and have done and the dealership had all the issues taken care of to our satisfaction. we ended up with a 2007 Gulf Stream Friendship G8 and could not be more pleased at this point with the RV or with the dealership. I just bought my first Class A Coach. I had been researching for over 1.5 years. Obviously a very large commitment. I worked with Sachin at RVMAXUS and must say it was a true pleasure. We ended up purchasing a 2005 Mountain Aire. Sachin made sure we knew every little issue and truly represented the coach exactly as it was. He took the time to get to know me and understand what my wants and needs were. He was not pushy in any way at all. When my wife and I decided to buy we flew down from Minnesota to South Carolina where Sachin picked us up from the airport. We did a quick walk around the RV, dropped our bags, than he took us to a great lunch. It was like sitting down with an old friend. When we went back to the RV he took his time walking us around and explaining everything to us. He made sure all our questions were answered. Than it was off on a test/training drive. When we got back papers were signed and we were the owners of a new to us RV. We have a four day drive back to Minnesota, we are on day 2. Sachin has check in with us each night just to see how the day and the trip is going. I have been in professional sales for over 30 years. His customer service was excellent, a class act guy. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. I would highly recommend buying an RV from him. Should I decide to upgrade I will certainly be calling RVMAXUS and Sachin.
