Paul Evert’s RV Country was incorporated in 1963 and has grown with the help of the location on 17 acres south of Fresno on Highway 99. Paul Evert’s RV Country has been able to weather the many ups and downs of the RV climate over all of these years including the gas shortages of the 70’s and the great recession during the late 2000’s. The recession brought about the need to expand from the Fresno market as the economy was devastated in Central California. The company expanded to Corburg, OR and then on to Fife, WA in search of economies that were healthy. Expansion continued with acquisitions in Mesa, AZ., Flagstaff, AZ., Mt Vernon, WA., and Laughlin, NV. Our success is a result of quality people who genuinely care about delivering an exceptional RV experience.

Purchased new 2023 Thor model 20L. Took delivery on Wednesday morning and drove home. Noticed that half of one of the passengers seat belt on the bench seat was missing. Also noticed two screws used to secure the wood bench top we’re sticking up one inch and would poke a hole in the cushion the first time some one slept on the bed. Found two other screws were missing all together. Don’t know if this was a factory problem or a dealership had removed the wooden base. My complaint is when I called the dealership the same day they wanted me to bring it back a week later and leave it the entire day. Unhappy, so I removed the bench seat wooden base, found the seat belt down with the water filter and then properly set the screws to secure the wooden base. No way to treat a customer who just plunked down that kind of money. Shows no respect.

We just moved to WA and lived in CA for many years. When we decided to purchase a new RV we looked at Paul Evert/RV Country in Fresno. The salesman that we ended up with would only show us one brand out of their huge inventory and would only show us one or two of that brand. We told them that we were looking and were not going to purchase immediately. The guy tried the pressure sales, but that did not work. We ended up purchasing what we wanted from another dealer many miles away but at $25,000 less than their list price. My hubby decided to let them do a repair on our RV without my knowledge. That was a huge disaster, as they damaged our 3-month-old RV by hitting it with another trailer. They were in the process of repairing it without our knowledge that it had even been damaged by them. Then they "gave" us a 90-day warranty on that repair. What??? When I dared to complain about it, they banned me from their dealership. Bhahahah Like that is a problem. I would not go to ANY RV Country even if they were the last RV dealer in the world. I would love to put a negative number for the service department, but alas that option is not available.
