I bought a new 24 ft Imagine 2 days ago. Dealership was.2 1/2 hours away. Two men walked me through it and took me in the parts store, telling me I needed a larger ball and also hitch. They took the hitch and ball to hook up and ready camper for the road while I went in to do the paperwork. It was hooked up (I thought).and ready to go. I asked them if I would need sway bars for that distance.and they said.no. I had some at home. 45 miles away from home, going over a hill, the camper pops off the ball and drags me left and right across the interstate, then runs into the back of my truck. I'm terrified beyond words! I'm a 68 year old female with 3 years of camper experience and I had no idea how to handle this. I was so afraid if I didn't get hit by an 18 wheeler it would swerve right over the side of the hill. I call dealership which had sister company 15 miles back in Alexandria. They send a guy who jacked it up and took it back with him. Nothing said to me at all...someone will be in touch. I drive 45 miles home on a backroad doing 50 and crying. Next day, no word. I text salesman at 4 saying I was disappointed in the lack of concern and information. He calls and tells me it wouldn't have popped off if I had sway bars! Those guys never seated it on the ball. There is a groove midway all around the ball, so deep that in 2 days it's rusting! I am not a believer in law suits but I believe in honesty and doing the right thing. I told him they should have looked at my bumper and though the damage is minimal its a new ford.f150 and Ford would charge.me a good bit to replace that plastic part in the middle. And.at least pay me for having to drive 2 hours to pick it up again. Sometimes sorry is an important word. I dont want to go get it though I payed in full for it. I dont want to do business with a company so callous. What audacity to not even acknowledge their horrible, potentially catastrophic mistake but also put it on me that it wouldn't have happened if I had sway bars. What?!!!

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST place to buy a camper!! If I could have given zero stars I would have. The HORRIFIC SERVICE provided on your purchase will be UNEQUALED ANYWHERE! Why? I brought my camper in mid-March to be serviced checking for some electronical problems, to fix a broke arm on the awnings, and to fix the room air-conditioner. We called at least TEN times over the months of April-June and either did not receive a call back or were given false assurances as to when the camper would be ready. Two weeks prior to July 4th we emphatically demanded that after 2 1/2 months this camper should have already been repaired and informed them that we cancelled one trip but would not be cancelling our July 4th trip so they NEEDED to have it fixed by then. We picked it up and set it up for 4th of July weekend and the kitchen faucet is leaking copious amounts of water, water in the wood floors, and rust stains on the carpet. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT when we brought it in for repairs. When we called to inform them, they basically said you need to bring it in which was not going to be able to happen and then said oh well it’s your problem when we told them this. We asked for them to send someone to fix it, a solid NO. This is ridiculous and especially after paying for $2000 in repairs to them after they took FOREVER. I beg you to NEVER consider purchasing from them because you will most definitely REGRET IT!
