Was happy to finaly have saved up enough monny for a new to us RV for our lot. We found a 38' Destination trailer for our lot north of alexandria. When we went to look at the trailer. I did notice a little warping in the main slid. About ithey assured me that it had a slight leak and that they have fixed it and left it out for 2 weeks with heavy rain and not one drop. I wasn't Completely convinced so they said they had their technician completely go over and stated The header was very good and solid Good news, they said. that the leak was fixed and no damage tested no leaks. I had them put this info in the paper work. We had the trailor delivered and blocked up, (poor job by the way) but it was nice the rest of the season . Closed it down and had it winterized for the summer. Next spring we were excited to get back to the lake with grandkids. Every thing was good untill our secound visit where it raind all weekend. We noticed dripping water from the slide and had 2 companys look at it....the leak was never fixed it only leaked when slide is out they both said its been going on for while and need to replace the whole slide roof and inner ceiling....$8900. I Immediately called pleasure land they put me through to their service. Which said they would call me back never did after 2 weeks. I called and talked to the manager Dan. Yes, said there was nothing they could do. Because it was the next season, I explained. We are only there 2 times before winter was coming and closed. It up pulled in the slides. And when arise that, then then, as stated above. Next season While they're having the slide out out and raining, we experienced leaking. Dan said he would talk to some people and get back to me and never has I've left several messages will not get back to me. This is really sad for me and my family. Because we saved 5 years for this trailer now we can't use. stay away From pleasure land RV They are not reputable. Our next step is to blast the story on social media. And even go down and pick it in front of their stores. This year we are so frustrated with how they treated us.

I fell in love with an RV from Pleasureland RV that was on display at the Twin Cities RV show in March. After some communications with a very helpful salesperson, I decided I wanted to buy the RV and put down a deposit on it for delivery in the first half of April. An issue with a part that needed to be replaced arose which meant my delivery date needed to be rescheduled until sometime in May. Because I wanted the rig for a trip I had planned in late April and was not satisfied with the effort being put into solving my issue, I decided to do some research and see if I could find a similar unit elsewhere that could be delivered on time. I did. When I notified Pleasureland that I was not completing the purchase, they were then able to get the part and say the rig could be ready in a couple days. But by that time, I'd settled on the other one, and frankly, was not happy with that level of service. The dealership definitely told me that my deposit was nonrefundable. However, when my dropping the deal was a result of their inability to meet the earlier timeline, they should have refunded my deposit. As someone who works in the customer service industry, that is 100% what should have happened. I write this not to disparage the people at Pleasureland. Every one I dealt with was nice and very well informed about RVing and their products. In fact, if they had refunded my deposit, this would be the dealership at the top of my list for service and repair needs in the future -- which I can guarantee would have been worth much more than the deposit. I know the RV business isn't the same as the car business, but the situation with the deposit seems unusually anti-consumer, so I just wanted to share my experience to ensure buyers beware of making deposits.

Horrible service would not recommend purchasing from this location. All we have had are issues with our brand-new camper that we have had for 4 months. We have taken it In to get service for a brand new door frame, washer, oven issues, and multiple more. They have not followed through on their word when they say they will fix the problems or come back and say nothing wrong with it. My husband traveled all the way from the cities to pick up the camper on his day off, and not only was the camper battery completely dead and unable to move, but he found multiple areas that needed fixing weren't even touched as well as they didn't even clean up the mess they had made.

We dealt with a rep at the Brainerd facility. We sold our rv to them. We had our rv on a seasonal site about 12 miles from the facility and the rep said he would come and get the rv and take it to Pleasureland. We told him it had to be off-site by Oct. 1. He set up and appointment to pick up the rv on the 29th of Sept. He said we could follow him back to the facility, sign the papers and a check would be cut. On the 29th he informed us that two employees were exposed to covid and had to be tested and there was no one at the facility authorized to cut a check and we would have to come back the following week to do the closing. Mind you, we live 2.5 hours from there. We went back to the facility on Oct. 5 to sign the papers and get our check. When we got there, the rep wasn't there and someone else took care of having us sign the papers. We were informed that no checks were cut from that facility. Checks were cut from the corporate headquarters in St. Cloud and would be sent thru the mail. I questioned what the rep told us and she said we must have misunderstood what the rep said. I told her we made an extra trip there to take care of this and that there was no reason we couldn't have done it the week before. She had no answers for us. This rep outward lied to us, caused us to make another 5 hour round trip to Brainerd. We still haven't been issued a check. There was no reason to postpone the signing of those papers, when we made the first trip there. Is this the kind integrity that Pleasureland condones from it's employees? This rep should not be allowed to deal with customers. No one wants to deal with an organization that allows this. We have many friends that will be looking to sell their rvs in the near future. We will let them know the dishonesty of the employees at Pleasureland and the fact that Pleasureland obviously accepts this behavior. We have told everyone to steer clear of Pleasureland because of their lack of integrity in handling this sale.
