I can only respond to the "sales" rating because we only recently bought a vehicle at Petite RV. But, based on the sale, my guess is the "service", "parts" and "support" categories would be equally as impressive. We recently bought a 2000 Rialta from Ed at Petite Auto and couldn't be happier with the way he handled everything from start to finish. He answered every question we had, and there were a lot. He even provided us with the carfax report. Ed did everything possible to accommodate us, and with no phoney act or pressure. We felt really comfortable dealing with him and were glad to avoid a questionable dealership or private owner. Highly recommend. Show less
