Do NOT take your rv for service here. They do not ever communicate with you and keep it for 3 months and “ do nothing” and make promises that they will get it done the next week. 3 months later, nothing has been done and it was ONLY a minor pipe and one bent leveler and they never got it fixed. First they tell me that they ordered the levelers and they are there and just need a day to install. Then they say they put it on another rv and they would have to reorder. It is nothing but a bunch of lies and promises that never come true. They don’t call back even after multiple messages. I’ve gone to pick it up and they told me it would be ready in 2 days and they would deliver it the end of the week. Another month later and it hasn’t happened.
