AVOID Open Road RV in Arlington at all costs, especially if you don’t want surprise fees, to the tune of $3,000 after an agreed upon price is met. After I called it, they weren’t even sorry and instead tried to say the miscalculation was my fault (even though they circled the final price on the invoice). I will not be buying from these sales folks again, nor recommend them for anything (other than the finance lady is nice at least). You’re better off going across the street to Roy Robinson’s or anywhere else if you expect them to actually care about you. I feel ashamed I even gave them the sale after what happened. If it wasn’t for covid and the timing to receive the trailer, I would have absolutely walked from this place. Instead, they lost a customer and reference forever. What a waste.
