We were in the process of purchasing a coach, we wired them $28,000 initially and 2 days later we flew to Nashville from Tampa to see the coach and we were under the impression that there wouldn’t be any issues purchasing the coach if we put an additional 20% down and we wired them those funds as well. Incredible bank did not approve our loan based on our income, apparently didn’t look at our assets nor did they ask us to deposit more money so they could approve the loan based off of our income We immediately asked for our funds, a total of $70,000 to be wired back to us and the only response we can get from our salesperson, Brad is that he sent an email this morning. We have contacted our bank and they are going to request the funds back but no guarantees that we will receive it. We called Brad back and received the same response, that he emailed the request this morning. We stated that if we didn’t have our funds by tomorrow that we would contact our attorney. Furthermore I will also file a complaint with the BBB, which they are members of as stated on their business door. Hopefully we will be successful in getting our funds back immediately. Show less

Extremely Poor Service.. have tried and tried to contact since December.. They do NOT respond. Service is important when spending 200-500k and this place has TERRIBLE service. Do not deal with them.... Show less
