Unbelievably bad experience with Northside RV and their service Manager, Montrell Brinkley. I purchased a Brand New 2022 Jayco and have one problem after another. My issue is the way Mr. Brinkley speaks to his customers and the service department not addressing my camper’s issue as I was told it would be handled. Their service department was supposed to fix the faulty wiring issue on Friday however it’s Wednesday and they haven’t even looked at the camper to diagnose the issue. Mr. Brinkley made multiple rude comments to me today, one being that “ bc I was impatient he would take his time getting to my camper”. I will speak with the general manager tomorrow and update my review. I would highly recommend avoiding this dealership as they are concerned about selling campers and not taking care of you afterwards. Read the below reviews, a lot of people have great purchasing experiences but awful service experiences.

Northside Family RV Needs a refresher course in CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! After the sale, customer service is very poor and should be looked into by the Cinninatt Office. But what do I know, I am just a another customer.....I would like a member of top management contact me about this poor service. After we spent close to $40,000 at North side RV I feel we should be able to expect some customer service. And by top management I mean corporate office. But I seriously don't expect any response....I also don't expect any response from this review....

We just had a 2015 Reflection fifth wheel in sale pending for over a month and withdrew our offer to purchase after continued findings of leaks that were not disclosed by the dealership even after it was supposed to have had a through inspection. The first leak was in the middle slide of theRv. It seemed a minor and was repaired by the dealership. But then we found the floor in the bunk slide wet and the leak from the middle slide flowed into the bunk, now reason to believe that floor is probably damaged as well. Then we found a major leak in the front bedroom slide. Black tape was covering the underneath panel but the floor was rotten. You could poke a finger through it. It is totally up to the buyer to completely-totally inspect because none of the issues were disclosed. We give the total of lowest stars because everyone should be accountable, however employees can only do what management requires.

Always behind taking forever to get anything done and they act like it is a act of Congress to get warranty work approved and done. Makes me think they have a terrible relationship with their manufacturers.

PLEASE ALLOW US TO HIGHLY RECOMMEND NORTHSIDE FAMILY RV. On 7/25/19 we were traveling through Lexington towing our 5th wheel. Upon entering a Walmart parking lot we found that our fresh water tank had broken its support beams and was dangling inches above the pavement, supported only by the damaged underbelly and some wiring. Lacking tools and knowledge needed to effect a temporary "fix" I called the local Family RV service department. Joe, the service manager, was solicitous and immediately sent one of his people over. Between the two of us, and with a liberal dosage of his expertise and tools, we finished emptying the tank and secured it with several ratcheting straps. This temporary "fix" enabled us to complete our emergency trip to Florida with a minimum of additional drama. As we were leaving Walmart the service manager personally called me again to make sure we were able to be on our way. Interestingly, they refused to accept any payment! We are unable to recommend Family RV more highly!

A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! I have waited to put this review on here in hopes that they would correct all that is wrong since I took my RV in for service a year ago but things have only gotten worse! We bought our RV February 2018, the sales part went fine and staff was great but when it came to getting some warranty work completed by the service center that has been a mess! I would rather sell my RV and take a loss than to have to deal with them any longer. We live in Louisville so have to drive to Lexington every time we need service.. We took the RV in for warranty repairs and dropped if off June 2018 with a list of about 10 items that needed to be fixed. 8 weeks and many not returned phone calls later we had to pick the RV up as we had to use it for a trip, they told us everything was fixed, and it appeared it was until we used the rv and realized different.. the black water tanks were still leaking, the propane line was still leaking, the couch was never fixed, the brackets for the back patio were still missing, and much more.. I believe only 1 of the 10 things was actually fixed.. I spoke to the service manager many times and also the main manager, and sent emails that were not responded to. This went on from September - until March. In April we scheduled a new appointment for May 10th with the service manager who said he noted exactly what we needed fixed and would be sure it got taken care of, I told him that they could only have it 3 weeks this time so to be sure to order all parts that were needed to be sure it was there and could be completed in time. When we dropped the rv off we went over this same thing with the service center.. We went to pick up the rv on June 1st and it doesn't look like it had been touched. All of the same items are STILL not repaired. I called and left a message for the service manager to call me ASAP but never received a call so we called back and spoke to the main manager again and was told he would call me back that day.. This was 3 days ago!!! I am disgusted with this place, the employees don't care and management doesn't care! Not even a phone call back! NEVER AGAIN.
