NeXus RV Ghost Class C reviews

When we picked our unit up, there was no controller for our front TV and it took nine months and numerous phone calls to get one. We had issues with the tile coming off in kitchen and bathroom, the Nexus Rep told us to get some glue. Our dealer in Wisconsin Kunes was absolutely useless. We made an appointment and got a date to bring it in. I called ten days later and was told it hadn’t even been worked on, so we took a ride up to get some items we needed. Our coach was in a unsecured lot with nothing locked up. When we asked when they would be working on it, they told us they’d try to work in it n a few days. So why did we have an appointment. I called the nexus rep and were told that they don’t have control over their dealers. Wow We had numerous same problems that we finally fixed ourselves. We purchased an RV through Nexus in Elkhart Indiana 2+ months ago, late November. The salesman promised everything would be in working order and we're still struggling to get things wrapped up and even return calls appear very difficult for anyone at Nexus. My husband even called the owner but it's looking like we'll have to call the owner again. Because Nexus sold this RV to a dealer in North Carolina, in the absence of having details resolved, and some strange unknown problem with the title, we haven't even recieved the title/transfer the title yet. This is unacceptable, especially given that we paid in full for the RV. My husband has been persistent and very polite...seriously, very disappointed:( Show less

Super C’s are Awesome. I owned Class C and Class A units. This is the best driving RV for the price. I tow a boat with no problems. International DuraStar with Cummins engine A+ The electrical systems had several wiring errors from the start. One AC unit was not wired to the thermostat. Control switch system miss wired..awning light was controlled by bedroom switch. Vanity and Wardrobe swapped. Nothing was labeled. On the positive side, inverter/ converter very good and powerful. 8K Generator is quiet. Power cord reel is great. Systems are now working fine. Whoever built this part of the rig was either rushed or low skilled. D- Water and Plumbing all worked perfect from the start A+ Interior fit and finish of cabinets and trim work was the usual lower cost quality. I was hoping for better than average. C Components like Refrigerator, Stove, AC, heating, hot water, Dinette and Coaches, slide outs. Awning. all very good. A Exterior fit and finish along with storage is nice A- there were a few rattles that I adjusted. This is a great rig for my family’s needs and will last for years now that the electrical systems is sorted. Show less

I love this rv , the chassis can be repaired at any truck shop with out the "we dont service campers " because it is basically just a truck . the camper is will built and easy to service . we are very happy . if you are thinking of getting some thing from nexus , you wont go wrong . Show less
