The dealership spent a half day tightening screws, table, door latches. Couldn't get it home from dealer without thinking it was going to burn up. The support phone number was useless and wanted us to sit in the RV for the weekend without anything working, including heat, in about fifteen degrees. We prepared to jump out of the vehicle as it was smoking but found a Ford dealership who spent hours with us trying to figure out the problem. A relay from the engine to the living area. It was disconnected, got it home the rest of the way discovering additional other problems. Took a lot for manufacturer to agree to fix the numerous problems. Drive it there an left it for weeks. We went through what they said they checked, but still didn't fix all the problems. We've driven thousand of miles and none for pleasure. Dealership nor manufacturer will take it back. Absolutely do NOT recommend Nexus!

We purchased our Nexus Viper 29v in January of 2023 and dealing with the dealership was a complete nightmare...won't even get into that. But fortunately Nexus STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT (what other RV company owner will freely hand out their personal cell phone number to their customers?). We contacted Nexus and told them our dealership woes and they in turn referred us to a reputable dealer in New Mexico who, oh my gosh, was simply amazing! The RV manufacturers do not have any control over the RV dealerships. But if you are having issues with yours, their power lies in the fact they can send you to an amazing dealership who is willing to help you. Nexus has no tolerance for shabby dealerships...if a dealership is giving you the runaround, Nexus will bypass all that nonsense and get you to someone who WILL take care of you and deal with the bad dealership on their end. It was a haul to drive to this dealership (RAM Motors) in New Mexico but I am so very glad that we did for two reasons: 1. They were professional and stand behind their workmanship. 2. Because we had to travel 4.5 hours to get there, they respected our time. Nexus would send them the part and once it arrived, they would contact us and we would set up a repair appointment and they always got us in within a week or two. Because we were traveling so far, the dealership would fix our RV while we waited. That's right...WHILE WE WERE IN THE SHOWROOM WAITING. This dealership had to remove a slide, fix it and put it back in...while we waited...I mean...who does that? We were so very lucky. We had to go in three times to get everything fixed but made the most of it by roadtripping to all the amazing places New Mexico has to offer. For the record, the things that needed fixed were minor (we learned from our last camper that if you drive it like a bat out of hell cabinets are going to fall off walls and water leaks will happen time and time again so we drive this motor home with respect). Our microwave didn't work, our fridge was making a loud noise, the slider had some sort of dent in it and the rubber seal was coming off, water pump was acting suspicious...that was it. These are all things that were fixed promptly the first time. All said and done, we were happily rolling down the highway roadtripping by the springtime. We are so happy that we purchased a Nexus and the next time we are going to purchase it from RAM Motors in New Mexico!!

Probably one of the worst RVs on the market for workmanship. Purchased new from a dealership in Texas based on all the great reviews I had read. Biggest mistake! Right after I picked it up, got half way across Texas and the storage cabinet above the master bed collapsed due to not enough bolts (3 total) holding it up. Got worse from there. Washer dryer stopped working. Electrical system stopped working. Drawers fell off their tracks. Paneling split. Wires chafed and shorted. Generator stopped working. Slide-out panel buckled. If you are thinking about buying a Nexus - don't. In the last 150 days, mine has been in the shop for 130 days. My RV qualifies under most state's Lemon Laws for double the minimum amount of time needed to qualify. I've contacted an attorney and this is going to court.

The poorest quality and workmanship I have ever had. Only took unit out 3 times as it sat in shop all summer. Engine light came on only for Ford to find screws were drilled in top of gas tank. Ford FOUGHT to get Nexus to pay. Next on the hottest days of summer AC quit working. Had to come home. We brought back to dealer only to have them report 5 major things wrong with air. They completely rewired it. Wasn’t even in ducts, freeze switch never installed into evap coils. Slide out ruined flooring when brought in besides cables out of time. Nexus knows what they are doing. Stall tactics used until they can claim 1 year warranty up. The unit sat at Ford dealership and RV dealer all summer. Guess who got stuck with repair bill on AC and expensive slide out problems on errors CLEARLY made at factory. RUN!!!!

Electrical problems on motorhome hot wires routed through leaf springs shorting them out. Cheap radio stereo screen strobes when the headlights are on. Dealer unable to get parts.
