Took this camper home after purchase to discover the handle had fallen off of the glass top for the stove and due to a design flaw, the awning could not be rolled out if the door was locked open. If the awning was out, the door could not be locked back. I took the camper back to have these items fixed. They were fixed however the service person tells me he didn't have to fix the door situation but as a favor, he installed a longer locking rod. Excuse me? Didn't have to fix it? Did me a favor? It was flawed, your dealership is responsible. Then after having it out 4 times, took it to the dealership to have it winterized. Went to pick it up and the bill was higher than quoted. Looked at the sales bill and saw that I had been charged for a new anodizing rod for my water heater. When I asked, the service person told me they need to be changed often. This one was only 4 months old and used 4 times. They agreed to not charge me and allowed the new rod to remain in the heater however, this was an attempt to charge for something not needed.
