What an absolute disappointment. We put a partial deposit down for a camper and set a planned date to come up with the remainder of the deposit. I called today to inform them that we are not able to come up with the other half and was told the partial deposit is non refundable. We were assured by ours sales person and his manager that the deposit was a holding fee and refundable. We signed the original placement papers but never signed the fill sale document. I tried to talk to the manager and he recalled never even talking with me when I was in there. Refused to let me talk to an additional supervisor. We really were hoping to plan to be a future customer and now that won't happen and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Frustrated and angry do not begin to explain emotions about service here. Bought rv last year heat experience, take in for yearly service with the need to check a couple of things and it has been a nightmare. Lack of communication the lack of service is terrible. I left my camper there beginning of November and it is going on second week of December. After 3 weeks of phone tag getting answers for issues I wanted resolved I was told here is a number to call and I had to call to get Information when my camper is with the service dept and technicians said they were told I basically was out of luck there was nothing they could do I called and within 7 minutes I had a reference number and was told that the lippert one control could have diagnostic ran to figure out why the icon disappeared from control pad . Why bother paying out the kazoo if service refuses to actually do the service! Peeved don’t recommend them to anyone with trouble I will basically be paying an atrocious fee for work I will have to do my self.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever delt with. I had a appointment scheduled for 9am Saturday morning. I confirmed the appointment Thursday morning and received a text that said "thank you, see you Saturday I dragg the family out in the rain to make the 2 hour drive to look at the camping they said they would have set up for us to look at it. I arrived at 9am on the dot just to hear " sorry but we sold that camper 2 days ago. That would have been the Thursday that my appointment was confirmed. I'm not angry that they sold the camper, I'm furious that I was not giving the courtesy of a phone call that would have prevented me from wasting 4 hours and 200 miles of my time. To be fair the sales person said that he would work on finding another trailer and promised that we would get a good discount. If they keep their word ill be happy and will also follow up with a positive review letting everyone know that they made it right. Untill then.... Consider this as a warning!!! Don't buy shit from this company

This service center is terrible. Do not take your RV, trailer, 5th wheel here, you will not get it back in a timely manner. I have a brand new 5th wheel that i got to use once and cancell 3 trips so far. Negative stars from me.... read more

BUYERS BEWARE!! LOW QUALITY SERVICE! I had my wife bring in our motorhome for an inspection and an oil change. Verbal agreeance was 1 hour to 2 hours max. BUYERS BEWARE!! LOW QUALITY SERVICE! I had my wife bring in our motorhome for an inspection and an oil change. Verbal agreeance was 1 hour to 2 hours max. At the 5-6 hour mark the service was finished. They attempted to recover the 300% increase in quote time for a simple job by comping my service. Upon first inspection after I returned from a work trip(3 days after) I noticed clear as day there was a missing fastener on the wheel cover. Upon calling the staff were highly unaccommodating stating that I cannot prove it was them and that the mechanic never touched the area. So, on a Sunday, I drove there to show them the missing item and was met with the same response that I can't prove it. After all this I called this morning asked for the director that I was referred to and again got sub par service as I was just passed to the first service person available. LOW QUALITY SERVICE notice all the 5 star reviews are from people purchasing. Compare those to the reviews of the customers needing service. If a team is underperforming it is indictive of poor leadership so the low level employees I do not hold accountable. Save yourself the headache.

The service crew at McGeorge’s RV/Camping World was exceptional! They took such good care of us from start to finish. We arrived Monday for a warranty check-up with what we thought were some minor issues. They we very prompt with our appointment, in fact began looking at our unit long before our appointment time. Chris Miller, Cam Speas, and Nick Fortune diagnosed right away that there was a much more serious item that needed to be addressed! They immediately got the service manager, Cliff, and Chrissy involved and before we knew it they had contacted Keystone with pictures and a story of what was going on in our unit. It was determined that our family could no longer stay in our camper so our local McGeorge’s RV/Camping World sent a truck to go pick-up a identical brand new unit from their Thornburg location that very evening, even after hours! A huge shoutout to Chris Miller for staying late to setup and prep the unit after hours for our family. We stayed the night in their parking lot and the next day Chris Miller and Cam Speas stayed on our new unit with quality control checks, prep work, and made sure everything was switched over properly from our old unit to our new unit! My family and I cannot tell them enough how much we appreciate them especially for taking amazing care of us and representing their company so very well! They turned a very bad situation for us into a better than before the damage outcome and then some! We really do appreciate them more than words can express!

We’ve bought two campers here but will not again. Once you’ve purchased a camper don’t expect to get any service. Our under warranty camper has been in the service center since 1/12 for a broken refrigerator, with no progress and has not even been seen by a technician. On top of that, my husband went to pick it up for a pre-planned trip to find out that now the slide out is broken along with the bathroom door, so now it’s not even usable. As of today I have called 5 times over the last 3 days requesting an update and have yet to receive a call back. The last update earlier this week was that there is no update and no time frame for when it might be fixed. The front desk staff are extremely nice and continue to send my messages along, but no one cares. We have multiple reservations and trips planned this summer and at this point I’m sure they won’t happen.

Bought heartland cyclone approximately 1 month ago. Brought home and opened up to clean and pack. Went close up up slides for our first camping trip and bedroom slide would not come in. After repeated calls to a salesman, with no return call, calling into service and talking to a woman name Melissa I was told its not their problem because they didn't manufactor the unit. I was told I needed to call the manufacturer. This will be the second and final unit we ever buy off camping world. They take your money but won't service what they sell. Ridiculous
