Worst dealership experience I have ever had. Sales do not know their products even though they think they do. They have no idea what standard equipment is on the products they sell. Orientation on a purchased unit is very poor, they clearly do not understand how half the items on an RV work, they just say look at the owner's manual for things they should clearly know about. Service is very slow and difficult to deal with. We questioned the dealer about some issues with a used RV we purchased and they claimed that there was no problem even though there clearly was.

DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR DEALERSHIPHIP....Last October had about $4000 worth of work done on my RV. One item was new screen door put on. In the meantime contracted esophageal cancer so had surgery and rehab which put RVing off for about 6 Mos. When recuperated planned for trip and noticed step wouldn't go back in. Got mobile RV mechanic to come to house and found out that wasn't sensor on new screen door and also they threw on wrong size screen door. Thought there would be no problem getting it fixed. Saw the advisor, a David Junkins, who was so nice when had all this work done and more or less showed no compassion or class for what I went through and turned his back on me and used the warranty "card" as an out and even has the audacity to make a claim that I could have lost the sensor on my way home. ( live 5 mins away) RV ers have class, these dealers don't care about anything but getting the almighty dollar. They lost my business, you better take heed. Actually don't deserve 1 star!!!!!

Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. The one Star is for Dave in the delivery department. The rest of this team is well below the standard for customer service and decency. They will rush you through your purchase to ensure the vehicle is delivered to ensure that their sales team gets the paycheck. They also have deleted my wife's review twice. This is only the first stop for sharing our story of a terrible experience. If I type more they will most likely delete my post as well. Onto the BBB website. We have given these people many opportunities to make this right, and they failed at every turn. Save yourselves!!

Our buying experience with La Mesa RV Center in Sanford, Fl was 5 star in every way. Many times, you don't know the character of someone unless you experience some sort of adversity. In the purchasing of our first RV, we experienced just that, but the staff of La Mesa were so professional and compassionate that they didn't stop until we left there with more than expected results. From Mike our salesperson to Roger one of the Managers who played an intricate part in us leaving completely satisfied and the many staff who worked with us patiently working out issues that occurred during the process. What I liked most was their integrity and honesty throughout the entire process. We certainly experienced the care and concern of a family atmosphere during our stay there and would highly recommend anyone to come and purchase an RV from them especially if it's your first time buying one. Don't Hesitate!!!

While driving home the check fuel filler light and check engine light both came on. Upon calling La Mesa, we were given NO assistance. We were told it was a warranty problem, call Ford. The first service appointment we could get at Ford is in AUGUST. We purchased the expensive extended service warranty to avoid this type of problem because we were told "just call us with any problems and we will get you taken care of immediately". After numerous calls, nothing has been resolved. The fuel filler tube is very corroded and that may be the problem, but there is no way of knowing if something more serious is going on here. Many other issues were apparent upon pick up. NONE have been addressed. To say we are extremely unhappy with aftercare at La Mesa would be an understatement. We now own an expensive motorhome that we cannot use until after August. Does this seem right to you?

Sales person might have been new, so I'll give it a little bit of a pass. He didn't know much about the RV including how to take it out of park. RV clearly wasn't inspected, I went through 2 units to find one with the fewest number of defects. This RV has problems since day one, many of which still persist. Wait times for parts and service are in the months, and I have zero confidence that it'll be fine correctly. Attempting to sell RV back to dealership at this point, they are low balling and not attempting to negotiate. please don’t make the same mistake I made, and by your RVs somewhere else.

So back in October 2021 i put a $10k deposit on a Winnebago Horizon 40A that was located at La Mesa RV in Arizona. I delt with La Mesa in Sanford, FL because they are closest to me. I was told what a great coach it was and how nice it was. So months and months go by because there were some open recalls that needed to be taken care of at Freightliner. So I finally get a call to schedule a delivery date of Jan 26, 2022. Now I know its used and it wont be perfect so im not trying to be picky here. At first glance it did indeed look nice. But then very obvious issues started presenting. Half of the sleep number bed wouldn't inflate. There were holes in the basement floor from where the previous owners apparently took out the sliding tray. The wireless subwoofer for the outside entertainment was missing. There was a hole in the dash to the left of the instrument cluster which according to the dealer probably was just a missing cover or something. Come to find out by looking at the pics from a brochure its a bank of switches that are supposed to be there. To keep someone waiting for delivery for that long and not have taken care of these very obvious items is utterly ridiculous. Especially since I didnt even try to negotiate down their asking price on the unit. Obviously I didnt take delivery

We would like to take a moment to send excellent reports on how wonderful Mike Larson was. We came to him when we were first looking for an RV and told him exactly what we were looking for and that we want to do it by August. We fell in love with the Tiffin and the one that was on the lot did not have the specifications we wanted. Mike sat with us and went through everything you wanted and we ended up ordering one through Mike. He was so wonderful he kept up with the progress on our RV and on the delivery dates they came in a few days earlier than expected. When it came in he immediately went out and took pictures of it inside and out for us and let us know our inspection would be that next week. When we came in for inspection he actually joined in for a little bit and we noticed that our fireplace was missing so he got right on that and got it ordered. We were kind of disappointed that it wasn’t there but they definitely was not his fault he did everything to correct it in fact Mike always was right there for us and helping us in every way he could. I would highly recommend this dealership. We had a couple little problems with getting the fireplace in. A two hour job turned into a six hour job because the fireplace it was ordered was too small so they had to fix the wood around it To get it fixed. Mike was right on top of all that and even when they finished and for some reason took her RV to another lot across the street he was right there looking for our RV to get us on the road again. So we had a little bit of burps with service and our orientation was good but not perfect. If anybody goes in to La Mesa I would suggest talking to Mike he goes above and beyond. We have now had the RV for a month and Mike is still there for us. Thank you so much Mike for going above and beyond we really appreciate everything you did for us. We absolutely love our new home and we thank Mike so much for putting us is in the right direction. Excellent in everything communication sales being there for us whenever we needed him and even checking on us in between those Times.
