Worst RV dealer in the USA. ZERO customer service. This place is horrible! Avoid at all costs, or it will cost you. Their employees must be trained to treat customers like crap, Kristie Gallardo, terrible. Did not even review our complaint before dismissing us, now we pursue legal. Show less

Well played La Mesa RV, well played. Record breaking RV sales over the last 3 years, then close down Mesa Service (for more profits during the downturn) so all of us idiots that bought an RV now have to wait 3 months to bring our RV's in for service (add time to fix). I won't be buying or recommending La Mesa RV to anyone moving forward. Show less

again i will make this review as simple as possible for any readers to understand!!!!! RUNNNN and not towards ….run AWAY!!! do not look back … i have entered a very very expensive nightmare … listen to the reviews people if we all did maybe we could force some change in the rv world!! This service department is so frustrating. The communication is so poor and there are too many middle men before the actual technician. We were never told how long it might take for a repair due to the fact that they do not keep any parts in the shop for pretty much everything. This may a known situation for some but being beginners and excited to go on adventures etc. it intensified the anxiety. We experienced 3 instances that were inexcusable. 1-Someone used our toilet, (disgusting), left the bathroom door unlatched which caused it to break while taking it back home. 2-Left 3 windows open during monsoon dust storms which caused and issue in the window tracks let alone all the dust inside. 3-Tried to deliver our trailer back to us with a flat tire. ERIC JAQUEZ IN ORIENTATION WAS THE BEST? JEFF IN SALES WAS TOO. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS WITH A SMILE IN THEIR FACES. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WAS A PLEASURE SPENDING TIME WITH THEM. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE DEALERSHIP THOUGH. THEY DIDNT DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISED. BUT THESE TWO GUYS MADE MY EXPERIENCE WAY BETTER. THEY SAVED THE DAY. Show less

This is the worst company, worst RV ever. A small child or drunk person tried to put it together. There was no inspection! All the finish work is falling off. The slide got stuck while they did the walk thru! The floor was ripped. There are metal pieces coming off the unit inside somewhere ! All faucets are leaking. The blinds all fell down. The refrigerator never turned on. They are horrible!! Show less

Sales Dept was great- they seemed to actually care. Service Dept was simply awful. They DON'T care what sort of issue you are having, and are not willing to work with you regarding anything wrong with your coach. In our case it was a Winnebago Ekko, and basically 80% of the systems on the thing didn't work, or worked intermittently, the worst 2 being no hot water and intermittent heat. The fact that we could not use the coach mainly for these two reasons, (it was basically a box van with a toilet) did not mean anything to the Service Dept. We tried to get it in after we got the thing for just these 2 issues (I figured I stood a better chance of getting them to work on it if I limited it to those 2 rather important non-working features on a new coach) and was told by the service mgr that they would not be able to service it until Jan of 2022- this was in late Oct of 2021. This meant we basically had a very expensive (to us anyway) non-useable RV. She was very short with me, and had a "don't give a ****" attitude about the trouble we were having. Again, this was a brand NEW coach. Bottom line- if you cannot provide service for what you sell then you should not be in business, period. Avoid this dealer. Show less

The sales people were good to work with, but that's where it ended. The girl who did the orientation walk thru on the trailer knew very little about the trailer. No help there. We had to read thru the manual to figure alot of things out. The awning lights were broken. They told us they already ordered the new ones and they would ship them to me. That was fine. It's been a year and nothing. First time I hooked up City water , using rv water regulator , I had two leaks. Contacted la Mesa RV Phoenix. No response. No returned phone calls no return Emails. It's been a year now and I ended up fixing everything my self. If you think that is acceptable service then go ahead and buy from La Mesa rv Phoenix. They will never get anymore business from me and no referrals either. Show less
