This is hands down the best RV I owned to this day. I have spent a lot of time in campgrounds and visited with a lot of campers. I have experienced them struggle and suffer with problems and helped dozens and dozens of them fix or resolve their issues. When I look back at my camper, I have been very thankful for the quality and craftmanship that has allowed me to trust and enjoy camping in this camper. If and when a problem arises, I have always been ready to address it and have worked meticulously to make sure that any problem discovered or experienced was resolved quickly and professionally with the highest quality and craftmanship obtainable. I rate the floorplan a 4 really only for one reason. The reason is surrounding the ladder to the upper inside loft bed. If you have the sofa bad deployed, and someone sleeping in the loft, you have to remove the ladder to use the sofa bed which means you remove their means to get up and down. It is fairly easy to resolve and even help someone get up or down and work around this, but it still exists and is the reason for the rating of a 4 otherwise I absolutely love the floor plan. The airborne 5th wheel is so nice and completely stops chucking while towing. The axles and trailer suspension enable this toy hauler to glide down the road with ease and comfort. The powered patio awning is really easy to use and the wind detection system automatically rolls it up if the winds pickup. This is nice if you leave it out and can not make it back to roll it up in a popup summer storm. The kitchen table has a leaf that allows it to expand and there is two more chairs for the table under the master bed. All of the TV's have HDMI and I have used Roku, Apple TV and FireTV on them with the built in internet router. This router supports Wifi-As-WAN which allows you to tether to your phones hotspot, mifi puck or supports a USB Cellular stick. So, if the internet at the campground is good, you only need one connection to support your entire camping internet experience. The side by side refrigerator is awesome. It even has an ice maker, which is super cool. There is plenty of room for all of the food to feed a hungry crew. The garage has extra height, which was a plus for me. I was able to drive in a golf-cart with a lift kit and large tires and fit without cutting or modifying the golf cart canopy. The exterior has been kept up and washed and waxed on a regular basis. I love the painted body. Other campers I have had the stickers seem to always require maintenance and begin to peel and roll or fade quickly. The onboard generator is awesome, especially if you are staying overnight in a Wal-Mart parking lot on a long journey, you have all of the amenities that you would have with shore power connections.

I purchased a 2020 5th wheel and had all four breaks go out within the first year. They will not honor their warranty and I had to pay over $1000 to fix them. I have only used the RV a handful of times. Poor customer service. Do not make the mistake I did and buy their product.

Tons of storage, 14 foot garage, with vented washer dryer, Our bedroom has a king tilt bed with plenty of storage. 3 air conditioner units keep u as cool as u want to be. We regret it doesn’t have a second bathroom. Other than that it’s amazing.

We absolutely love this floor plan. It is the best floor plan Ina toyhauler I've seen yet. Kitchen is spacious as is living room area. However the build quality is absolutely terrible. I had windows in my slide that leaked into the wall causing the wall to rot from the inside. So by the time I realized the windows were leaking there was massive damage. Also ended up with a slide topper rail that had a sag in it and wasn't sealed well, so that caused an outside wall to start rotting and is all wavy. I have worked on this thing waaaayyyy to much. I bought this unit after someone else owned it for maybe 3 months, kz would not warranty anything cause I am 2nd owner. Chicken manure. I won't buy another ever.

From awnings that don't work to ac's that wont keep it cool in the summer and no heat in the garage, solar wont keep batteries charged when not in use and the 18' frige that uses way to much lp and battery to run. If it was plugged in all the time it might be ok but for boon-docking in the desert not a real good choice.

Last year a tire blew...two years old and only 2 trips to Georgia...bought all new tires upon return and found out 3 others were ready to blow! This year the main computer board went out...still waiting for right one...wrong one was sent. Now this trip...a leaf spring broke...ruined one new tire. We had awning problems...wouldn’t go in, minor jack issues, microwave went out, refrigerator didn’t have proper insulation, blind strings broke first week we had it...we love camping but just afraid to go anywhere...what else will happen. You spend hard earned money only to spend more to fix it. We had 2 Winnebago motor homes and only had one issue after owning it 10 years!

It pulled very well with my 2003 3500 Dodge Ram and then my 2014 3500 Dodge Ram. I bought this unit so I would have it in retirement but the end 2017 brought that dream to a close. I had a severe head injury and my wife is fearful to pull it due to the size. It is easy to handle you will just have to remember it is back there. I hope others will enjoy it as much as we did and planned to until this event.
