This Fifth wheel is a complete piece of garbage. Purchased brand new. On delivery, the convertor was bad. The refrigerator didn’t work. The back patio awning was broken. Some of the window treatments were falling off the walls. Sent it back to fix. They fixed the window treatment and replaced the refrigerator with a cheaper model. Nothing was done to the awning. Sent it back three months later the refrigerator was replaced. Nothing fixed on the awning. Since then, one of the fireplaces is messed up. The window at the dining room is leaking really bad. The front side awning won’t go back in. For $100k you would expect better. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase this. You will have nothing but issues. Show less

Highly recommend. This is our 4th RV (2nd Durango). Very livable floor plan with 2 sleeper sofas and a third recliner sofa set in rear entertainment area. Two sinks in bath area snd king size bed in master. Two a/c units, washer/dryer hookups and outside griddle. Full size fridge and 4 burner oven. Lots of storage inside and out. Very comfortable inside when weather is inclement outside (We normally travel with 3 dogs and three adult). F250 tows easily. Owned Casita and Lance prior and Durango has been best experience. Overall this unit is very nice! All functional except disappointing pull down shade design/construction. If you want the shade to be down then put it there one time and leave it. The spring in the rod slips and won't reset. Bought new. Show less

We really enjoyed this floor plan, and PRICE POINT. It’s very comfortable for moving around and has a lot of comfortable sleeping areas. The kitchen setup is great and feels roomy. We love the dual entrance bathroom from both the hallway and master bedroom. The bathroom is roomy with the curved shower door for extra movement space. We loved having a dresser in the bedroom, plus under bed storage! The storage is fantastic throughout. I don’t think we even used all the space we had. Lots of big windows to enjoy the great outdoors and let light in… including three skylight/vents. If you want a very nice trailer without spending all your savings, it’s a fantastic choice. (I only gave it a 4 on towing because we never did tow it. No reason to believe there was any issues.) Show less

We have been RVing for 50 years. This is our 5th brand new RV. The fit and finish leave a great deal to be desired. I sometimes wonder if we got the training unit and that that accounts for the sloppy workmanship. There are too many problems to go into in detail. I will focus on the on demand water heater. The low flow faucets that came from the factory don't flow enough water to activate the water heater. The warranty people made one attempt to correct the problem. We have hot water in the kitchen and half bath. I drilled out the orifices in the shower head and that worked. But after two years and no more help from KZ we still don't have hot water in the master bath sinks. The on board pump didn't produce enough pressure to activate the water heater. No help from KZ, I replaced the pump myself. Customer service and warranty support are very poor. Show less

Disliked rear refrigerator, liked shower size, disliked L shaped sofa bed couch. It needs an electrical receptacle by table. Light switches in cabinet above sofa hard to reach for short people, need to be on wall by door. Show less

This has been an excellent RV for us. We have lived in it for three months the last 4 Winters in Arizona. It has been just the right size and not too long for us to manage in traffic. It pulls like a gem and is easy to hitch up and go. We have loved the walk around bed, the extra roomy shower with a seat, handy for elderly owners such as ourselves. Only selling because we are getting too elderly to be on the road with an RV. Show less

This RV is beautiful and the floorplan is perfect especially for extending use. When we were shown this model we immediately felt like it would be exactly what we need to live in while we were building. We went to a great deal of trouble to locate one and drove a long distance to purchase it. Unfortunately upon our return home we realized the many faulty issues. Some of these issues lay solely with the dealership and some I believe are poor craftsmanship. However the craftsmanship issues should have been resolved by the dealership before in good faith allowing a customer to purchase. All 3 AC units were damaged and appeared used. After relentless requests to both dealership and manufacturers they were replaced but we continue to have issues. We have missing or wrong size blinds, lose trim, and the bed was broken. I hope all of the issues are corrected and the manufacturer address their quality control issues because I believe this unit could be the best we’ve owned. Have enjoyed the trailer but the KZ customer service has been dismal. I ordered a new cargo latch and was sent a latch that was not a replacement but was newly designed. The latch did not come with a key nor instructions on how to install. I have made numerous inquiries concerning how the newly designed latch needs to be installed and received silence. Show less

I love this Sportsmen 235RK. I have lived in it for 2 years year round. It is high quality. All the automatic equipment works. The furnace keeps me warm and toasty all winter. The rooftop air conditioner is ice cold in the summer. All the seals have been fine. The plumbing has worked perfectly. In short, I have had zero problems with this RV. The dry weight is 5925 with GVW of 7000 lbs makes it a breeze to tow with 1/2 ton truck. Show less
