This TT was perfect for us as a couple and took us across the country in style! We were welcomed in all campgrounds that have electric or size restrictions, especially in older state and federal parks. The solar power served us well when boondocking, as did the somewhat higher carriage, and got us much closer to the sights we wished to see than regular campgrounds would have. The style inside is warm and appealing, comfortable and surprisingly roomy. The all-around big windows allow spectacular views and plenty of sunlight, but still maintain your privacy. Show less

Wouldn’t recommend Keystone to anyone! Quality and workmanship is awful. I have seams splitting, yellowed walls and just general awful care. They didn’t do track right on slide out and it just took hiring outside vendor to figure out why I kept catching. Dealership lied. I also raised some concerns when it was under warranty that they shrugged off and now as they have become bigger issues, I wish I didn’t. Do yourself a favor and run this one isn’t worth it Show less

The quality and the service aren't there. The trim started falling off immediately. Three of the four stabilizer jacks bent the first week we had it when the camper shifted after it was leveled. The toilet seal leaks continuously. The shore power arched and welded the power cord to the camper within the first 6 months. Cost us $400 to fix it and had to use alternative sources of electricity. The warranty didn't cover this. The furnace hasn't worked for over half the time we've had it. Cost us $600 to get it fixed. Warranty service isn't an option as the locations are few and far between. The Keystone website even states that it would be easier for the RV owner to fix it themselves. Show less

Buyer beware!!! Bought new in 2/23. Used several times. Front of drawers literally fell off. No ladder for bunks. Shower door falling apart. Had to get new screws for it. Outside trim screws came out after using 3 times. Hot water l tank cracked. Less than 30days after 1 year warranty And keystone won’t cover it. Warranty from keystone is worthless. Crappy travel trailer that literally falls apart pulling it down the highway. Keystone is a joke. Please look for something else and don’t make the same mistake I made. Show less

This camper is a home away from home very comfortable beautiful decor very spicy it's the top of the line camping experience or traveling the country with it it's absolutely easy to pull and has every thing you need we are so glad that we've had this keystone however at we have gotten older and are unable to drive it in haul a travel trailer at this time so we need to sell it we are sad but we hope someone that loves that camper as much as us buys it Show less

All windows have some sort of frame distortion from over torquing the screws. Finish dinette trim is awful... Gaps where bare wood shows. Kitchen drawers held by one screw... Toilet looks like it was not mounted square with the room. The pass through doors screws were also over torqued. Awning looks good Show less

I'm the second owner of this RV. My wife and I love the layout of this trailer. It has loads of storage. Between the corner cabinet and the kitchen panty you have plenty of space for all of your kitchen needs. The most convenient thing I've found is the outdoor kitchen with a pass-thru to the living area. Since owning the camper we've been up and down the east coast and never had any problems with the camper towing. Everything on the unit is in great shape and works well. The next owner of this camper will have no problem with any system on board. Show less

We loved this camper but found when we traded it in for our 38 ft Rockwood the floor had rotted quite a way into the back of the camper so were happy we traded it when we did. It had plenty of room for the 5 of us in our family. We traded it for a larger camper so we could spend more time living in the new camper as the 24 ft would've somewhat cramped to spend too much time in it. Show less

DO NOT GO TO GURANTEE FOR AN RV. The RV I got was nothing like the one on display, completely different. The Master Bed is so high I need a step ladder to get onto it. The stereo is broken, i was told I would have to pay to have someone come look at it and fixe it. Why would I have to pay when it was still under warranty. Received a recall notice for a part, my trailer was at a site out of town, found a local guy who could fixe it. He did an amazing job. Now Guarantee is trying to tell me I owe them for coming out to fix my RV. They were never there, they did not fix the part. According to the recall notice there would be no charge to the customer, so why is Guarantee trying to charge me. Go anywhere else but Guarantee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Show less

MY NEPHEW IS HAVING THE SAME ISSUES AS THE REST OF YOU. HE BOUGHT HIS KEYSTONE TO LIVE IN AND HAS HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THIS BRAND NEW RV SINCE HE GOT IT. ITS A LEMON.....DAY 1, BLOWOUT ON TIRE COMING FROM THE LOT, HAD TO REPLACE ALL 4 TIRES ON IT TO PREVENT HAVING MULTIPLE BLOWOUTS. NO WARRANTY ON CHEAP TIRES, HAVE TO GET WITH MANUFACTURER. BOLTS IN FLLORING, GREY WATER SEWAGE LEAKING, TRIM FALLING RANDOMLY, GFCI FRIED 3 TIMES, FIREPLACE SHORTING OUT, FLOOR DROPPING OUT OF SLIDEOUT, HOT WATER HEATER NOT WORKING, NO POWER TO OUTLETS, SO MUCH MORE. KEYSTONE USE TO BE JAYCO, NOT SURE IF YOU ALL ARE FAMILIAR WITH JAYCO BUT THEY WERE AROUND BACK IN THE 80S AND HAD THE SAME LOW QUALITY RVS AND POPUPS. GOOGLE MASSIVE LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM IN CALIFORNIA THAT JAYCO LOST, THIS IS WHY THEY CHANGED THE NAME BUT STILL SELL THE SAME CRAPPY PRODUCTS. SEEMS NOW THAT THEY NEED TO BE FACING ANOTHER MASSIVE LAWSUIT IN 2024 UNDER THE NAME KEYSTONE. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THAT MY NEPHEW FILE UNDER LEMON LAWS AND HIRE N ATTORNEY BECAUSE THE BACK AND FORTH CONTINUES AND THIS IS TOO MUCH MONEY TO JUST BE AT A LOSS. I RECOMMEND YOU ALL DO THE AME. THIS IS A SHAME THAT THEY ARE EVEN ALLOWED TO CONTINUE MANUFACTURING RVS AT THE RISK OF COSTING SOMEONE THEIR LIFE BECAUSE OF FAULTY WIRING FROM THE MAUFACTURER. THESE THINGS BURN LIKE TISSUE PAPER. I WOULD NEVER BUY JAYCO BACK THEN AND SURE AS HELL WOULDNT BUY KEYSTONE. I HAVE HAD RVS OVER THE LAST 25 OR 30 YEARS AND NEVER HAD THESE ISSUE. I RECOMMEND YOU DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THE BACKGROUND OF THESE COMPANIES BEFORE PURCHASING. ALL THIS IS HAPPENING WITH HIS RV AND HE LIVES IN IT IN A CAMPGROUND, NOT EVEN PULLING ACROSS THE STATES.
