Just purchased this unit and have had NOTHING but problems since day one. 1st the electrical converter went out and Neither Keystone nor Gander would correct it had to repair myself - This was day one. 2nd the delivery folks at Gander turned on the water heater leaving it in winterization mode and with an empty tank also day one the hot water heater did not work. The stove hood fan did not work and when disassembled noted it was not even wired and the wiring was cut short and just left that way. Called Gander in Baxter Mn and I was told I did not get the memo that the stove fan did not work. No one said a thing during delivery of the unit. Then the dimmer switch on the slide out lights would not shut off leaving the lights on constantly. Again service support from both Keystone and Gander RV were dismal and no response from Keystone. Clearly they fo not stand behind their products. I am totally dissatisfied with this product and both Keystone and the Baxter Gander Dealership. I would seriously consider different manufacturers and dealership if ever purchasing again. Seriously Buyer beware!!

Awesome camper with great space. Outside kitchen area is very convenient and helps with having friends over to visit. Great space inside so nice to have the 2 separate sleeping areas. Auto leveling takes all the guess work out of setting it up no matter where you are. The 2 push out areas work so well and are easy. Especially loved the awning for warm days and looking for shade. We used the ac quite a bit and it was awesome especially at night. And we did used the heat a few times and it warmed up very quickly. All in all a great experience. And so fun

This fifth wheel is very attractive and very livable. It has plenty of storage and nice floorplan. This is where the positive ends. The trailer is so poorly made that you almost can not use it. Besides all the little things that broke there are major problems with unit. Faucets and toilets that leak. Air Conditioner that is so weak that it only brings the temperature down 7 degrees from outside air. Kitchen sink and toilet that scratches so easily at that can not even clean with soft cloth. The mattress was so poor that after one week you could see body shapes in it. There are so few plugs that you have stretch cords across room or unplug one item to plug in another. The cable system is ancient according to Direct service man. I could go on but just be careful if you want to use for more than just a weekend.

Filon wall is broken under drip rail on slide side. This unit left the factory like this the area is not noticeable was doing maintenance caulking the roof areas when I noticed the area about 3-4 square inches you can see where they tried to hide the spot in the factory. They will not repair the damage because they said in their determination it was caused by me. No damage to the drip rail or the moldings so it did not happen under my watch have had other manufacturing issues very poor quality control. Do Not Purchase a Keystone product they will not stand behind their product
