This is the first 5th wheel I have driven my other RVs have been Campers and travel trailers. Towing a fith wheel compared to a trailer is like night and day, the tong weight on a fith wheel is over the back axel where it should be so there is no wiggle when towing or being passed by semi trailers. My F350 with tow haul features and engine break is a pleasure to drive ,on steep hills there is no need to break the truck holds the trailer nicely. I used this Toy hauler mostly in unserviced areas thats why I added the solar system somI didnt have to listen to a genset . The livability has most of the comforts of home . I am only selling as I have brought a lake property.

I have been very pleased with this Raptor. It has served every purpose we have planned with it. It is roomy with a King Size bed which was a must for me. Also has a large shower with seat, which was also a must. The kitchen area is small but the storage is unbelievable. Cabinets everywhere. I need space for things since the entire back 11 feet is the toy hauler area which is where you will put a motorcyle (or 2) and atv or golf cart. We used the garage for our golf cart. The back beds that come down are convenient when you have others staying with you and a half bath back there which is also nice so guest don't have to use the bathroom that is right by your bed on the other side of the wall. We are enjoying it still and the only reason we are considering selling is we are thinking of going with a motorhome to tow a vehicle in our retirement.

We purchased this keystone raptor because keystone is ranked #2 in quality which is the most important thing to us. Then when we actually stayed in it we truly feel like we’re a million miles away from the world. We turn on our surround sound and sit on our porch and talk and look over the water and watch the fish and turtles without a care in this troubled world. This unit is large and you never feel cramped. There are many windows all the way to the floor letting all the sunshine in. Most of all we love the layout with separate rooms and an extra bathroom so you can live as you would if you were in your own home.

This was the first RV we have ever owned; what is the saying "Go big or go home?" Well we went big and did not regret our decision one bit. We are avid motorcycle riders and like to camp as well. So, we decided to get a 5th wheel toy hauler so we could combine both hobbies. We already had the truck to pull it, so just needed to find the right 5th wheel. We did our research, went to multiple dealerships, RV shows and finally decided on the 2020 Keystone Raptor. The model 356 is not the biggest Raptor out there, but it was the perfect size for us. It had all the amenities and creature comfort one could want. Our rig was not lacking for much if anything (it did not have a solar panel, but was prewired for it). We have traveled from the East Coast to the far side of Texas with it and did not have any issues with it. We have been to Western North Carolina with it and experienced no problems. The 11' garage had plenty of room for our H-D Tri-Glide (1,200 lb Trike). Once it was latched down to the floor, the Trike did not move. We still had enough room for other items. This Raptor can sleep up to 7-9 individuals, but it would be crowded in the main area. That is why we were glad to have the ability to change the garage into another room. Then there is the ramp that turns into a patio deck. Having the extra bathroom was a benefit as well. As for the warranty provided by Keystone, it was no problem getting work performed on it. On the first trip, we lost the "boomerang TV antenna" on the way home. Took it to the dealership and the warranty took care of it. The wife and I could not be more happy with this 5th Wheel Toy Hauler. Would suggest this to our friends.

Had a delightful buying experience with the dealer - and this particular RV is plenty big - but I had tons of problems with the generator, and support was problematic - ultimately resulting in my just removing the generator completely from the camper and going with external RV. The versital and very large garage area is very flexible and we've used it to hauling different things. This RV hauls great and we can get 4-5 days dry camping without water hookup on the ample tanks.

Well, I guess I will add just one more reason to be weary of buying anything from Keystone. They had a design flaw that causes the rubber roof to be cut by the front AC unit. Come to find out, it was repaired before we even bought the RV, it was repaired back to the original design. Since we bought it, the rubber has been cut by the AC, again, and has leaked into the trailer. Keystone has now said they DO NOT plan to fix their design flaw. They said the AC was not theirs, and it's not their fault. Well, this AC is the unit they bought and installed at the factory when they built it. Keystone is not taking any responsibility for their design, and now I guess I will just have to help others spread the word.

We have loved this RV and used it as much as possible while still working. Now that we are retired we are going mostly smaller campgrounds and purchased a 30 footer with a large outside kitchen because I prefer cooking outside. Raptor is roomy with high ceilings and cost is just not figuring into our retirement which is why we are only asking for payoff. Camper is super clean, no odors and pulls beautifully. She has 14 ply tires for more safety and weight of whatever you may haul. Our Ezgo 4 seater extended roof gits nicely but our side by side is too long. She is ready to go on the road.
