MY NEPHEW IS HAVING THE SAME ISSUES AS THE REST OF YOU. HE BOUGHT HIS KEYSTONE TO LIVE IN AND HAS HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THIS BRAND NEW RV SINCE HE GOT IT. ITS A LEMON.....DAY 1, BLOWOUT ON TIRE COMING FROM THE LOT, HAD TO REPLACE ALL 4 TIRES ON IT TO PREVENT HAVING MULTIPLE BLOWOUTS. NO WARRANTY ON CHEAP TIRES, HAVE TO GET WITH MANUFACTURER. BOLTS IN FLLORING, GREY WATER SEWAGE LEAKING, TRIM FALLING RANDOMLY, GFCI FRIED 3 TIMES, FIREPLACE SHORTING OUT, FLOOR DROPPING OUT OF SLIDEOUT, HOT WATER HEATER NOT WORKING, NO POWER TO OUTLETS, SO MUCH MORE. KEYSTONE USE TO BE JAYCO, NOT SURE IF YOU ALL ARE FAMILIAR WITH JAYCO BUT THEY WERE AROUND BACK IN THE 80S AND HAD THE SAME LOW QUALITY RVS AND POPUPS. GOOGLE MASSIVE LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM IN CALIFORNIA THAT JAYCO LOST, THIS IS WHY THEY CHANGED THE NAME BUT STILL SELL THE SAME CRAPPY PRODUCTS. SEEMS NOW THAT THEY NEED TO BE FACING ANOTHER MASSIVE LAWSUIT IN 2024 UNDER THE NAME KEYSTONE. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THAT MY NEPHEW FILE UNDER LEMON LAWS AND HIRE N ATTORNEY BECAUSE THE BACK AND FORTH CONTINUES AND THIS IS TOO MUCH MONEY TO JUST BE AT A LOSS. I RECOMMEND YOU ALL DO THE AME. THIS IS A SHAME THAT THEY ARE EVEN ALLOWED TO CONTINUE MANUFACTURING RVS AT THE RISK OF COSTING SOMEONE THEIR LIFE BECAUSE OF FAULTY WIRING FROM THE MAUFACTURER. THESE THINGS BURN LIKE TISSUE PAPER. I WOULD NEVER BUY JAYCO BACK THEN AND SURE AS HELL WOULDNT BUY KEYSTONE. I HAVE HAD RVS OVER THE LAST 25 OR 30 YEARS AND NEVER HAD THESE ISSUE. I RECOMMEND YOU DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THE BACKGROUND OF THESE COMPANIES BEFORE PURCHASING. ALL THIS IS HAPPENING WITH HIS RV AND HE LIVES IN IT IN A CAMPGROUND, NOT EVEN PULLING ACROSS THE STATES. Save your money. From a fridge that hasn't worked since day 1, to all the panels peeling, to trim falling off, screws falling out, doors falling off, lights coming unglued, plumbing leaks... the list goes on and on. This thing is BRAND NEW, Costs a fortune and is an absolute piece of garbage. It's spent more time at the dealership getting fixed than we've used it, and every time we use it, something else falls apart. STAY AWAY!!!!! I want so badly to take this thing back to the dealer and trade it in, but after a year I'm sure it's worthless. Should have walked when it took over 8 months for it to be delivered, when the factory "lost it" on their lot. RUN AWAY

On the outside cubbie hole under the head of the bed was 1 inch full of water. So many spots where rats have gotten in. Locks have broken. So I've been locked out. Had to drill through the lock ruined the hardwear. No safety until replaced. Couch has ripped at the seam. Too many items to list.. Just very disappointed. I've never written a negative comment until now.

We splurged and bought brand new. Starting to think this was a mistake! We purchased this May 2022, and it has been in the shop more than we have been able to use it! Water lines for the cleanout weren't connected properly, so we had standing water all over bathroom & bedroom floor. A/C in the living room didn't have ducts connected properly so all the cold air was blowing in the ceiling between the roof and it. 2nd time taking it out, the tongue jack completely quit working - had to be totally replaced. A cable on one of the slide outs just snapped in 2, this has not even been let out/in probably more than 20 times. Hot water heater control module quit working, so no hot water. When the dealership sold us the extended warranty, she told us "they aren't making the RVs like they used to. They are just throwing them together". Seems to us that wasn't further from the truth! We love the layout of this RV, but we are fed up with all the troubles we have had with it! And I haven't even listed all the small things that have been wrong with all the trim, shades, etc! Second guessing this purchase for sure! We did send an email into Keystone about all the issues we are having and have not gotten a response as of yet.

All within three months! DO NOT BUY THIS TRAILER!!!

When we saw this layout we knew it was the one. We wanted a trailer that could allow us to stretch the camping season at our lake lot. Also, we wanted more living floor space for the extra kids’ friends, an outdoor kitchen, and of course the washer/dryer option space was an amazing perk! All of which we have thoroughly enjoyed. Some have asked why not a bunk model? We found that the kids grew out of those spaces so quickly that this allows us to enjoy the layout long after they migrate into their own tents, etc. The space and storage for clothing / items is everywhere in that unit

The Arctic Package seems to consist of 1" white syrofoam only. Warmth is not an option. We have had to add thermal sleeping pads under the mattrass to feel like we're not sleeping on ice and run two space heaters inside the trailer 24/7 in order to feel comfortable. If you like to experience the sound of a 747 flying under your feet use the trailer's propane heater with it's associated LOUD blower. Plastic is cracking everywhere, molding falling off and decals are peeling everywhere. The only brakes are on the rear axle. For a trailer of this weight and size it seems irresponsible for any manufacturer to only install two drum brakes. Disc's would have felt safer to the consumer. There is a serious lack of user friendly outlets.
