Very simple, stay away from Jeff Couches RV Nation!! Like most of us. I have been wheeling and dealing for 40 years and have never been treated as bad from anyone like this company. They are fantastic until they have your deposit check. They will block you at the front desk, you can leave messages, emails for your salesman your finance person, and even the owner, no one will ever return the phone call. I could go on for hours, just stay away and go somewhere else, I did not check their reviews until after I started having issues and everybody has the same issues. And the owner is a real piece of work, Google his name, and see what kind of person he is. Leader ship falls from the top down and it shows.

I hope this write up can help one family not deal with the hassle that my family has had to go through. I would NEVER buy from this dealership or team again. My wife and I knew exactly what we wanted after an RV show, found a few dealerships that had the inventory and started to call around. Told everyone the exact price from what we saw at the RV show and if they could match it and quote delivery, we would go with it. no negotiating on our part, straight forward LAY UP on the sales behalf. told him that we would go with it but that I wouldn't be home for a few days for work travel to sign everything with my wife. Ross was overly pushy, called upwards of 5 times a day while knowing the circumstances. upon return, signed the paperwork and sent it in to the finance team. They were aware of the promise made by the sales person that we would get our camper prior to a certain trip date. There was a few days prep and they it should hit the road with plenty of time. after not hearing from the dealership by the time they told me I should I call in. at this time I was told that the camper wouldn't be even close to getting out by the date told to me and it was at the back of the line of 68 other campers for a PRE delivery check list that EVERY camper goes through in great detail. I told the finance team member (Derek) that they told me I would have this by a certain date with time to spare and with the new date this was well past our trip that we were taking the camper on. he said speak to the sales guy, I did, Ross said that I needed to speak to his boss Kyle as there was nothing, he could do...he was "Just a sales guy".. the first thing that Kyle proceeds to tell me on the initial call is that there is nothing that can be done and that I was a LIAR cause his team would never tell me the precheck and deliver window was so fast. to which I responded that I have it in an email form his team stating the exact dates and everything. He back tracked and then placed it in the front to be pre checked and sent out to hit our delivery date for the trip. upon delivery this thing was gross, it looked as if there had been no pre delivery check list happened. they accidentally placed the BOM checklist in the file and there was nothing written on it. no post eval signature or anything. grim everywhere, multiple dead bugs on the floor, in the light fixtures, saw dust, drill holes, valances hanging or completely off... and come to find out later......Poop in the toilet. there was a box that was completely left off the order. I had to tell them about it. I called to tell them all of this and Kyle stated that he was sorry and this wasn't not the standard. I told him that this process has been crap from the start. the extra box they left off was set to be delivered 6/22, it's been a month past that date and have heard nothing. I HAVE REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO THE GM and awaiting a call. DO NOT buy from these guys. I have provided pictures on other review platforms.

I've been in sales for over 50 years, and, self employed for 35. Deceptive suppliers and even customers are to be expected. I agreed to order and purchase a Salem Villa 40PBQ Park Model travel trailer from RV Nation based on all You-tube videos, forums and diagram pics available online. The problem began when a set of pictures was sent to my text messages on November7 from Brannon Osterberger. Brannon Osterberger with RV Nation exceeds even my expectations. He deceptively added an item to my contract that we hadn't discussed, nor is shown available or accessable in any ad, video or promotion. When I reviewed it I brought to his attention that I didn't expect, never discussed or saw a picture of a 40 PBQ with the cheap table and chairs instead of what I was expecting and discussed...the Versa Lounge one piece unit entire wall unit ,and, I was not happy with their alternative. He reordered the correct unit, but, at a higher price, and, he couldn't hold the interest rate. I was concerned about the higher total monthly payments. His first comment was that I signed the contract and has emphasized that every time I spoke with him directly until my visit to their fascility in Ohio on Nov21. Particularly odd was his initial comment at our meeting addressing the 40 PBQ as the one with the free standing table and chairs. He mentioned it three times at the start of our visit. My significant other and I were surprised when he started the conversation with us addressing the fact that I signed the contract and ordered the separate table and chairs that were in the pic of my order that was delivered on November 7. When I tried to discuss the matter with him he angrily stated that I ordered the unit that way, and exclaimed most emphatically " fuck you" you're not getting your deposit back. I hadn't even asked for the $1000 back at that point ....and, after that comment I asked him why he didn't even want to discuss it. He said once more you "fucking" ordered it that way. I told him to go to hell with his attitude and property. His disrespect for customers , and, lack of consideration is astounding. I have ignored his further text attempts to sell me the RV while he acts like nothing happened! I'm not exactly sure what further deceptive game he is pulling ,but, I have some thoughts. I would never buy or recommend him ,or, purchase that or any unit at RV Nation. It would have been nice if his attitude in person as pleasant as his text messages and emails....we then wouldn't be at this juncture. He has yet to apologize for his unprofessional and disrespectful attitude

Today I noticed my molding popping in the kitchen...my slide with that heavy "residential frig is listing...the refrigerator is to heavy for that thin floor...every day I find a fopah...they never checked out this camper before they delivered it...beware of the outward beauty...the ugliness of the behind scenes is overwhelming.....BTW...many calls to Ed Couch..only get machines and they never call back.. Ask for sales...that goes through but they are highly uneducated on the products they are selling.. ..

We purchased a 2022 RiverStone 39RKFB from Jeff Couch’s RV Nation because they had the camper we wanted and the price was good. Hunter the salesman? Cannot be trusted! The service and set up technician? Caused me a $1900 of repairs on the truck box because they did not hitch the rig properly. After sending pictures to Hunter and a letter explaining what they did, they said they would reimburse nothing. They didn’t even have the curtesy to answer my letter. I had to call and he hung up on me. If I would’ve been in that state, I would’ve sued them! Bad sales person…Bad tech’s! Bad dealership!! Do not do business with them…!!

I was leary of the low price on a Forest River Vibe 28RL that was not available at the present time but was encouraged to place a $1000 deposit to have first choice when it was suppose to be delivered mid March. It has not been delivered, my financial situation has changed and I requested my name be removed and my deposit refunded. RV Nation will not refund, they have not done or lost anything, but say it is non-refundable. AVOID this dealership. Read the Bett Business Bureau complaints and look at their 1.5 star rating from customers. They are wolves in sheep's clothing. BAD KARMA IS BAD BUSINESS.

My wife and I have been searching for a Travel Trailer Toy Hauler and we found the Forest River Salem FSX 210RTX Platinum model at Jeff Couch RV Nation. We gave $1000 deposit and ordered the RV and we were told it would be 4 to 6 months before we could receive it, which was fine with us as long as we had it before Spring time. We received a call about a month after we placed our order that they will have one available by the end of September. So my wife and I said we will be willing to take that model providing it was exactly what we ordered. We drove from Massachusetts out to Couch RV Nation in Ohio to take delivery of our Toy Hauler. It was the correct model and everything we ordered. We were very excited to receive our new TT camper toy hauler. Our appointment was for 8 am. on a Saturday morning, we were greeted by the receptionist and the owner Jeff. very nice and polite. We were told our RV was in Bay 4 all set up for us to go over with. Mind you we are first time RV buyers so we were very excited. We did a walk through and I asked many questions and they were all answered by the gentleman doing the demo. One thing I wished for was that the demo guy was more informative with the demo. I understand it was a very busy morning that day considering they had 14 RV's going out the door that morning. We were very pleased with the walk through and off to the finance office we went. Considering we were paying it out right it took only a few minutes to complete the paperwork. While we were doing that the service department was installing my WD hitch on my truck and getting it ready to move out. The whole transaction from the time we arrived and left took about 2.5 hours. We headed out driving back home to Massachusetts which was a 18 hr. trip hauling the Travel Trailer. I had absolutely no issues at all. So, after arriving home and we decided to sit in the RV to give it a more thoroughly inspection. we noticed a couple of things wrong with the RV but nothing major. We noticed a vent was broken and some assembly defects which could have been from the poor quality control from Forest River factory but it's something we can live with. Other than them few things everything was great. So getting back to the broken vent, I contacted my sales guy at Jeff's Couch RV Nation and I was instructed to take a couple of pictures and fill out the warranty form, I did and I received the replacement part within 5 days after filling out the form. It was a simple fix so I did it myself which took about 15 minutes to do. My tolled experience with Jeff Couch RV Nation has been great. We paid $12000 less than a dealer close to home, transaction was simple and the people we dealt with was very nice and great to deal with. I would recommend Jeff Couch RV Nation to anyone and I realize with any dealer don't expect perfection on an RV no matter the price you pay. Thank you Alek, Jeff and everyone that helped us that morning. Now we have the Travel Trailer all winterize and covered for the winter and waiting patiently for Spring. Lol..
