Was initially very excited about this RV, very beautiful, tons of bells and whistles, purchased brand new. It took 3 days after driving it off the lot to realize it was a lemon. Soon as we parked at our first campsite…. -5 cargo bay leaks -1 toilet leak -1 kitchen leak -1 black tank leak -1 gray tank leak -bedroom roof leaking onto bed -patio door leak -cargo ramp frame was warped (turns out “not square) had to use force to open/close -couple of “decorative screws” holding side various side panels up? -both entry doors had 1/2in gaps -white water line in bay crushed flat (as if there were excess pressure somewhere?) -BMPro has to be rebooted numerous times a day, will turn on & off lights, furnace, water heater, A/C sporadically -fridge staying too cold or food warm These were just a few of the issues if you can believe it. Our dealership tried to help but They had a hard time getting Jayco to get back with them (know this for a fact, my husband was there during the contact attempts). Jayco would not get back with us, kept getting the run around until we took it a step higher. Then they called us back and took it into the Jayco Manufacturing plant in Indiana. They had to replace an A/C, fridge, couch, molded wooden frames in the bay, fix all the leaks, tear up and replace the roof, replace the patio doors, the back ramp door, one of the man doors to, once again, name a few. Had our camper for almost a month and 1/2. NOW…. -The A/C they replaced doesn’t work -The BMPro turns the lights, A/C,furnace and water heater on/off more then it used to -The Rt side driving/brake lights light up when it rains and stay on until they dry out? (Has unplugged from the truck) -The Lt side driving/brake lights would not light up at all -We fixed 2 other leaks 2 days after taking it off the lot -Issues with the slides binding when being pulled in, AND a few times not going in at all (takes 10-15 minutes of rebooting the BMPro repeatedly) And once again, having issues getting a response from Jayco. We do not recommend this unit and will never again purchase anything from Jayco, new or used.

Thinking about buying a Jayco 5th wheel. Think very carefully. I am on the edge of suing Jayco and making them buy back this $130,000.00 5th wheel. It has been nightmare from day one when the Spartanburg SC dealer sold the unit I chose right out from under me after signing paper work! This unit they found has been at the dealerships more than it has been in my driveway! Listed below are some of the issues we have discovered and still dealing with... 1. Internet Router not working 2. Deck TV not working 3. Rear toy hauler seats have stripped our screws. 4. Rear toilet leaks 5. Water Pump for bottled water does not work. 6. Saw dust and wood chips coming out of all HVAC vents 7. Rear toy hauler doors leak rain water won't stay shut when traveling 8. Loses 2/3 of fresh after while traveling just 50 miles 9. A/C not cooling sufficient 10. Main Refrigerator issues will not cool w/o unplugging inside fridge. 11. Lock on shower door broken 12. Awning 2 not working. 13. Molding missing under ladder. 14. Deck fridge not working 15. Auto leveling does not work, crashed completely. 16. After 4 in State trips, LR tire is bald, has bent axle. 17. Master bedroom slide works occasionally. I'm a reasonable man who knows with a new unit there may be some kinks to work out. However, this is outrageous and unacceptable. I would not recommend anyone to buy a Jayco product of anything! This camper is a well layed out camper, quality it has not a lot going for it, to start with you can look at every lighrt switch in the camper and they are crooked weather the camper is level or not, not enough or they dont work well enough for the air conditioners to keep it cool, fridge works sometimes, slide stripped all the gears after about 15 uses, had to wait so long on parts we were unable to go on holidays this year and then we missed a buddies wedding because of it, everytime we take it out something else goes wrong with it, I am pretty handy so I just continue to fix but its a real let down from our last toy hauler, really sorry i spent all this money on it. i could not recommend anyone to buying a seismic after the countless problems we experienced, oh yeah and forgret about warranty thats a joke, our floor in the camper also all lifted, I guess we are the suckers.

This fifth wheel has everything you could want. From the Master Bed being a California King to the washer and dryer and 2 full bathrooms with all the bells that ring. Cargo Bay consist of 2 Beds that sleeps 4 people with the ability to turn that 2 beds into a dining room table to enjoy 1 of 2 patios or store your favorite toy. (ATV,UTV etc...) The towing is really smooth and floats down the highway with ease. No pulling or tugging! Has the auto-leveling system so that you do not have to manually level the RV. Tons of storage which at times can be an issue for other RV's, however the Jayco has more than enough storage.

This RV tows really well. I had a job in Denver for several months beginning in Sept. 2014 through Sept. 2015. I was very pleased with the fact that I didn't have to burn a lot of LP to keep it comfortable in the cold season as well as cool during the summer. The bunk beds in the cargo area, are easily moved out of the way to the top of the coach. The ramp can be utilized as a patio with railing. I used the cargo area as my office with plenty of room to spare. I really liked the 2 TV's. All appliances work real well. 2 refrigerators come in handy. Nice looking RV. Will get some pictures of the unit shortly.
