I have mixed feelings about this travel trailer. This was our big leap from a tent. The layout of the trailer is great, although the main bedroom is a little tight to move around in. There is ample space with the slide out to move around. What a dream right... however, the camper is falling apart and let me remind you, it's a 2021. We purchased a Jayco based on how great the quality was supposed to be but, our camper is so poorly manufactured that the ongoing issues have made this one of the worst purchases ever. It has spent more time at the rv dealer awaiting parts and being repaired that we've only used it 6 times in 3 years. That's hardly enough to even figure it all out yet. From various water leaks, to bulging exterior siding, decals peeling off, wallpaper bubbling, trim pieces coming off and/or bowing from the windows and walls, the outdoor kitchen installed crooked, the waste valve allows liquid to get past it, the vinyl flooring has cracked, the Jayco command control panel goes blank, the tanks give false readings on how full they are, the speakers cut out, the bathroom vanity cabinet is crooked and the bottom is coming out, etc.... contacting Jayco is useless, they have declined help/assistance because it is past the 2 year warranty, keep in mind, it sat at the dealer for almost 1 of those years cumulatively waiting for various repairs. I guess the bottom line is Jayco's quality isn't what it used to be so do yourself a favor and buy something else. Show less

Buyer beware! Condensation within the walls without any visible signs . My Octane has never shown any condensation issues, not in the cabinets or living areas. I’ve always kept the unit well vented when in storage and under a RV carport. Your RV may be rotting away and you don’t even know it! My Octane is an excellent example of poor craftsmanship and no pride in one’s work! It took just seven year for the front eight feet to rot away from the inside out. I would have not known except that my Octane split open driving down the highway. The entire passenger side front corner opened up nearly the entire length while we were heading to a rally. At highway speeds it took just seconds to start peeling back and away. After opening up the walls I discovered massive gaps with no insulation and the AC duct-work taps so poorly cut that half the air was being pumped into the roof and walls! The three roof vents were open behind the trim pieces. So every time we ran the AC we were pumping moisture into the walls and roof. This was so bad that the aluminum floor framing has rotted away, yes aluminum 1 1/2 square tubing totally dissolved in seven years! There was no vapor barrier between the outer aluminum siding and the inside walls. This creates continuous condensation every time there is a temperature variation. Forget about the warranty or your RV insurance, you are on your own for the repairs on this type of damage. Dealer estimate for the repairs? Just shy of $16,000 for repairs! Like I would let any dealer repair it back to factory specs!! I’ve repaired the unit myself for less than 3K. I used closed cell insulation, treated lumber, vapor barriers, Kreg joints, exterior rated glues and highly elastic polymer caulk and sealants. Built the way you would expect to find in one of these expensive toys. So look before you buy and definitely check if you own. Not all RV Condensation can be seen! Show less

We currently have a 32RLOK AND REALLY LIKE ALL THE FEATURES. THE CONTRASTING COLORS OF THE INTERIOR ARE VERY HOMY FEELING. THE OUTSIDE KITCHEN IS GREAT FOR THE CAMPING OUTDOORS FEELING. THE QUALITY OF THE CABINETRY IS A+. The size of the TV is great for night time entertainment. The half ton truck towing capability is a big plus. Show less

We have loved owning this RV. From road trips to tailgates and sports events, it has been such a pleasure owning this! Traveling with our 3 kids and 2 dogs it has been roomy and comfortable. We would love for another family to own and love this RV so they can make memories and enjoy life with their kids. We have RV'd with our extended family as well. We drove from Mass to Hilton Head, as well as to Cape Cod, Maine, and Vermont. We visited National Parks like Acadia and we did beach trips. We have loved being able to bring our dogs on vacation and wish we could keep it. Unfortunately because 2 of our kids are heading to college it is not something we can make use of right now but we definitely intend to own another RV in the future. Whether you are a seasoned camper or newer to RVing like we were, we know you will have fun with it. The kids love being able to sleep and relax while we travel. Show less

My husband and I absolutely love this camper! It has so much interior storage and we loved the flexibility with our outdoor shower and underbelly storage. The furniture is all very comfortable, too, but we specifically loved the recliners! Our main deciding factor in purchasing this trailer as opposed to other models is the kitchen layout (and of course, the storage, too). The kitchen has that little coffee nook and an island. Love the size and light weight. The rear kitchen plan gives great counter space to work and cook in. Micro/Convection oven is a treat, it allows more space available that having both a Microwave and oven. Has a 30 lb propane tank, solar connection, and 30 gallon water tank. With these and the off road capability of the Baja edition you can take it anywhere and just boon-dock. Out door shower and a ten foot canopy and you're on your way. Sleeps four and has a queen sized memory foam mattress. There is also an exterior propane connection for a gas grill. Show less

Jayco used to be a quality RV Manufacturer. The quality of this brand new eagle fifth wheel is absolutely horrible. I have have had nothing but repeated issues with this camper, from electrical to plumbing, to Jay command. I have spent numerous days fixing this camper instead of enjoying my vacations. Just a complete piece of junk. This has been my first and last Jayco. Show less

Have had camper going on 3 years got used camper, right size for wife and self did change out matters camper one not much of one, changed bathroom door swing use to open into kitchen area and over thermostat. Not really a fan of auto awning but do rope and ancher when open at roller arm. And also use a rope across awning and tie down to keep awning from flapping in the wind. refrigerator a lot of storage more the the one we had in a 5th wheel. Window over kitchen sink solid doesn't open . We do mainly State Parks . Show less

We have driven the Greyhawk 31DS for about ten years and continue to do so. It has served us extremely well. The Greyhawk sleeps eight. We used sleeping accommodations for two to four most of the time. It was very comfortable. The kitchen area was spacious and amenities worked well. The original tankless water heater was replaced as the original version was flawed. The full bath was well laid out with a shower that accommodates a very tall person. The two slide-outs created a very livable floor plan. The F450 V-10 engine continues to run like new. The transmission is simply wonderful. We towed a Wrangler Jeep on most of our trips with absolutely no issues or problems. The cabinetry and upholstery held up well, but has signs of use. Overall the aesthetics held up very well. If you find one that has been well maintained, buy it. Show less

Purchase my Jayco from Traveland Leisure Vehicles in Langley British Columbia Canada. This was my first time purchasing an RV. Recognised it was a lower end RV but didn't expect how poor a unit it is. Layout is fine for wife and I, or even with my grandkids. First issue we had after two 3 day weekend uses, was that the mattress fell apart. Completely burst open in multiple areas. Traveland did get me a new mattress and offered a brand new mattress topper. The finishing and quirkiness of the Jayco is awful. Shelving held up with one screw, and not level. Screws holding retractable screens on windows falling out as only threaded through 1/8" plywood. No 'stud' behind the flat surface. I have left the worst to last. The electrical is so temperamental. Five of the six flush ceiling lights do not work when slider is out!! All work fine when closed. One window in particular does not lock properly, I easily made my way into the RV when I accidently locked myself out!. Would never buy a Jayco again. Show less
