WARNING: Do not buy any Jayco Fifth Wheels, RV’s, Trailers or any Jayco products. Jayco does not stand behind their products and their customer service is a joke! From the moment we received our brand new fifth wheel there were a list of issues that were wrong with it. Table arrived with chips and scratches, the main door was not level and sticking. the leveling system was not working. the central vacuum was not connected, shower door clip was broke and not installed correctly, drawer under the fridge was broke, a cabinet was coming off the wall, saw dust kept coming out of the vents and their was a crack in one of the slides. After all that, we had a power outage and the fridge and freezer never switched over to LP or back to power when the power was restored. We had a 10 pound bag of chicken wings in the freezer that went bad. We tried EVERYTHING to get the smell out and no luck. We contacted Jayco customer service since they denied the claim to have the fridge/freezer replaced. We have gone back and forth with them and they are placing blame on the manufacturer of the fridge/freezer and refuse to do the right thing by replacing the fridge/freezer unit. Now unless we want to spend $6K to replace it, we have to live with the smell. I will NEVER buy another Jayco product again.

We bought our pinnacle in Dec 2021 new The dealership has had it approximately 10 months so far. It is going back in at the end of October for yet another round of repairs. So far we have had four water leaks, two window leaks, two stabilizer leaks, the table warped, the leno replaced through out, shower surround replaced, the furniture replaced, kitchen faucet replaced, the shower head replaced, the drawer underneath the kitchen sink replaced (which is being replaced a second time due to water damage from yet another water leak) a crack in the gel coat repaired, and the roof is coming apart on the passenger side. I could go on but I think I have made my point. I get that there is no perfect rv out there, however there is a limit on how much poor quality and workmanship one should endure. We have lost our confidence in Jayco products. We bought their top of the line 5th wheel in hopes of avoiding all these headaches. When it comes to Jayco products, our experience with them gives a whole new meaning to (you get what you pay for) I called the manufacturer and told them about my frustrations and asked if, at the very least, they could extend my warranty for one more year. There response was (your warranty ends after two years of ownership) As much as we like the unit, we will not be purchasing another Joyce product.

Kitchen has two large panties, a very nice bar area and a nice appliance area with storage below. The fireplace is wonderful for ambiance or heat. There are two sofas and two stadium seats for plenty of seating. The stadium seats have heat and massage. The living room also has two curio cabinets, and stereo system. Two large awnings outside. The bedroom has plenty of storage.

2021 Jayco North Point 310RLTS has been good overall. Problem areas: Main ceiling exhaust does not work, cover shuts by itself. BM Pro screen does not work. Have to control everything through the phone. Lack of QC during covid manufacturing. Black PVC pipe visible from floor to ceiling in bathroom. Should be covered by a wood box as seen in other North Points. Jayco customer service would do nothing as they stated it is out of warranty. Doesn't have anything to do with warranty as they were never installed from day one. I will look at Grand Design for my next 5th wheel. Jayco does not care about their customers coming back for future purchases. Jayco customer service is some of the worst I've experienced.

Very spacious with five slides, full master bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and family room (55" big screen, six recliners, surround sound indoor/outdoor stereo, and electric fireplace). Also, the remote leveling, huge remote awnings for shade, equipped with solar power options, blackout shades. What I did not like was the fact we never really utilized the unit, towed it, and spent more than a couple days at a time.

We ordered this RV after we saw the functionality of the unit at a trade show. but with the one we ordered we wanted to be able to take it off the grid for camping and excursions. We love the floor plan and the accessibility and storage is outstanding. The pass through has lots of room to store your camping needs, and the outdoor griddle and fridge makes cooking a breeze. Inside the kitchen is roomy and when you extend the cutting board, it gives you plenty of room to cook and entertain. The theater seating was a selling point for us as the center arm rest folds out of the way and gives you room to fit 3 across the seat, and of course the oversize, tri-fold sofa can hold 3 people for sleeping in a pinch. In the Office/Spare room we removed the upper folding bunk and used this space mostly for work while we were camping, however we used the small tri-fold seating for an additional bed. in the loft area this is roomy and really quite large. The younger kids love this space and we added a pull curtain to ensure them some privacy. The Bathroom is plenty roomy and the shower is amazing and with Truma on-demand Hot water it is like visiting your own private spa. In the main bedroom we opted for the queen bed and enjoy the room, storage and comfort. The AC's keep the area cool on the 100 plus days, and even if you have a 30 amp service you can efficiently cool the RV using 2 of the A/C's without tripping the breaker. LED lighting through out the interior, and the residential fridge round out this very livable luxury unit. A Intercvac unit with dust pan helps ease the core of cleaning, Top it off with the Jaycommand app on your phone for control of EVERYTHING on the RV as well as Winguard 4G compatible router/antenna the and you have a one of a kind experience that you will enjoy for years to come. Towing this unit is a breeze and we love the Furrion Cameras to watch all the traffic, and really helps out with backing the unit.

Was initially very excited about this RV, very beautiful, tons of bells and whistles, purchased brand new. It took 3 days after driving it off the lot to realize it was a lemon. Soon as we parked at our first campsite…. -5 cargo bay leaks -1 toilet leak -1 kitchen leak -1 black tank leak -1 gray tank leak -bedroom roof leaking onto bed -patio door leak -cargo ramp frame was warped (turns out “not square) had to use force to open/close -couple of “decorative screws” holding side various side panels up? -both entry doors had 1/2in gaps -white water line in bay crushed flat (as if there were excess pressure somewhere?) -BMPro has to be rebooted numerous times a day, will turn on & off lights, furnace, water heater, A/C sporadically -fridge staying too cold or food warm These were just a few of the issues if you can believe it. Our dealership tried to help but They had a hard time getting Jayco to get back with them (know this for a fact, my husband was there during the contact attempts). Jayco would not get back with us, kept getting the run around until we took it a step higher. Then they called us back and took it into the Jayco Manufacturing plant in Indiana. They had to replace an A/C, fridge, couch, molded wooden frames in the bay, fix all the leaks, tear up and replace the roof, replace the patio doors, the back ramp door, one of the man doors to, once again, name a few. Had our camper for almost a month and 1/2. NOW…. -The A/C they replaced doesn’t work -The BMPro turns the lights, A/C,furnace and water heater on/off more then it used to -The Rt side driving/brake lights light up when it rains and stay on until they dry out? (Has unplugged from the truck) -The Lt side driving/brake lights would not light up at all -We fixed 2 other leaks 2 days after taking it off the lot -Issues with the slides binding when being pulled in, AND a few times not going in at all (takes 10-15 minutes of rebooting the BMPro repeatedly) And once again, having issues getting a response from Jayco. We do not recommend this unit and will never again purchase anything from Jayco, new or used.

We just bought our first RV. Yes, go big or go home! We purchased a Jayco Northpoint 382FLRB at the Omaha Sports Show from Bishs. Although the RV is beautiful with lots of bells and whistles, the company overlooked the quality in the actual RV. Before receiving, one of the controllers to slide out was broken. One of the air conditioners wasn't working. The screws holding the doors have pulled through the wall as the walls are paper thin. The latch holding the showers doors broke off when the camper was delivered. Stuff keeps falling out of the walls when we move the camper. At first Bishs said normal as the vents aren't cleaned out; however, it is coming from the strip near the door continuously. There is a reason Bishs has a large service center. If you are to buy a North Point from Bishs, make sure you buy the extended warranty. You will need it.

We purchased this 5th Wheel in August of 2022, used it for 2 weeks and had to take it back to the shop (mid September) for 12 different warranty repairs. It took until April 2023 to receive parts. One of the issues is the pantry door, it did not stay latched and warped. Our dealership repaired the door back to Jayco Specs, but added additional latches to keep secured and leveled. The Jayco magnet does not do that. After just using the RV again a week ago, the pantry door has warped again and the hinges are hard to open. Also, 3 of the drawers in the bunk portion continue to fall apart and will not stay shut while driving, this interferes with extending the slide out.
