I lived in the unit from 2007 until 2012 when I bought a home in Las Vegas. I had a 35' motor home before and believe me it was so much more livable than the motor home. I now use it for vacations and short trips. It pulls great.

Beware of the Pres.suite.It is not a reg. Presidentail.It is a fiberglass wall unit with leak issues like most other out there.The br slides tend to leak and you what that means.Mold,soft floors ect...I will not buy another one unless it was garaged kept 98% of the time.
