Trade in value is a third of what I paid for it. Guess it is just going to eat my money away for a piece of crap

Had to fix light wiring as terminals on the switch were not crimped as they should be. This was before we ever took it out. On the second trip camping the sink drain in the kitchen leaked so under the the sink I went. Found drain fittings not tight. Now I'm a maintenance man and I can fix most anything on it be it's not right. I have not taken it back to the dealer to take care of these things because I have to hook it up take it to work and then drop it off and hopefully get back for our next trip out. That takes my time and gas to do this. Now in their defense I get it. If they don't know the problems they can't make it right. But I bought this brand new and should not have to go through this. So I guess what I'm saying is heartland really needs to look at their quality control. Other than that we like the camper so far.

This travel trailer is a total train wreck. It's packed with safety hazards, lousy workmanship, and a complete lack of care. Look somewhere else for a travel trailer that'll actually give you a fun and safe experience. The upper seal on the slide-out room was a disaster. They didn't even cut it right to fit the groove, and instead just slapped on some caulk that failed right away, leaving only one seal to keep the inside protected after it ripped off on the second or third time extending the slide. The oven (all electric, no propane for 2023) was a joke. They didn't bother wiring it up AT ALL, the live wires were just hanging out, exposed behind the oven. Plus, there wasn't even an outlet for the oven, so I had to buy and install one myself. I had to replace and diagnose four other outlets because of a ground fault, which made this trailer a total safety hazard. The shower handle box was so badly caulked that it popped out of the wall on the first drive. And speaking of the shower, it turned into a waterfall, dumping water all over the bathroom floor. Had to re-caulk that thing, too. The slide-out room was crooked and needed a height adjustment to fix the decals not lining up with the ones on the body of the trailer. The water heater started leaking water, so I had to get that fixed as well. On the first drive, the blinds and valence ripped out of the roof and covered everything with drywall dust. Both left and right sink drains needed fixing because they leaked water and damaged the particle board in the cabinet. Even the fire alarm battery was put in wrong, so I had to fix that, too. The fridge was also installed crooked. Just one more thing to add to this list of disasters in this travel trailer. Credit where credit's due (I guess), the interior does look good and I like the floorplan, but Heartland HAS to know better than letting this off the factory floor. It's appalling.

This unit was purchased new from FunTown RV in Thackerville, OK in May 2022. As of September 27, 2022 the unit has been used for 3 weeks because it has been at the dealership the rest of time for repairs. The AC unit was wired incorrectly so that was the first issue. Paid $2000 for a second AC unit to be installed only to have the original one go out a week later. The walls were popping apart at the seams inside the trailer during the first use. The siding on one side caved in and had to be repaired. The dealership has had the unit since July to replace the original AC, fix the walls, and now it has to be transferred to a different location for the siding to be repaired. Making payments on a unit that cannot be used is BS. From reading the reviews it looks like they need another class action lawsuit. I guess they only produce crap. DO NOT BUY A HEARTLAND MANUFACTURED UNIT!!!!

Do not buy this camper. It is not worth the money you paid for it. I bought one in June 2021 and have had nothing but trouble with it. I have camped in it twice and now it is falling apart. The heating system doesn’t work. I can’t lock one of the compartments and the paneling is falling off the walls in the bathroom and the living area. When I contacted the manufacturer and Fun Town RV about the problem I was told it was my responsibility to find someone to fix it or to bring it to FunTown which was 2 hours away. Stay away from Fun Town RV and Heartland trailers as they are both trash

Poorly made. Roof came apart within about three months of purchase. Manufacturer denied the warranty work. They told us it was our responsibility to fix it. Pieces fall off of the inside, the door doesn’t open or shut properly. We will never buy this brand again. The manufacturer did a poor job then doesn’t even cover any repairs. They find a way to deny literally everything that is wrong with it. Aesthetically it’s a beautiful camper but highly deceiving.

This has been the absolute poorest built RV I have owned. We love the floor plan but things began to break in less than 4 months. Furnace circuit board fried due to water intrusion. Less than 2 years in we began to develop a leak in the roof. It has ruined much personal property. I have escalated this to Heartland with multiple pics and they are pushing back to to repair it. It sits on a seasonal site and has never been towed. The first thing they asked is whether I bought a extended warranty. Seriously! Also stated not part of structural warranty. I will escalate this and be their biggest pain! AVOID THIS BRAND!!! Literally, I have trim pieces falling off inside. Water fitting broke off and flooded entire RV.
