Bought new, from day one getting it home noticed issues. Poorly made, no cabinet space. Less than a year in and roof leaks, walls stay wet inside and moldy. Heater works when it wants, propane regulator went out the first winter. Oven won’t stay lit. Water pours out the holding tank inlet if the water pump is turned on. Oh did I mention no damn insulation at all. Yes I know because the walls stay wet and shag so you can pull behind it and see no insulation. I started calling heartland after I got it, the refuse to fix because I didn’t not coat my RV. I didn’t even have 3 months, why would I need to coat a new RV that wasn’t even a year old? Price of crap trailer and company. Possible lawsuit if you ask me.

Purchased new in May 2023. Model year 2022 the unit was new. First 3 weeks had to go back in for a staple on the bottom of the booth was hanging down causing a tear in the kitchen floor when the slide goes in and out. The rear stabilizer jacks were missing so the dealer robbed them off another camper. The rear stabilizer is not working correctly. The outdoor shower was leaking from the factory. It filled the bathroom floor with water and the pump kept pumping to build up pressure in the lines. It was the fitting on top of the outdoor faucet was loose. The toilet didn't hold water so when the wind is blowing you get the smell of the tank in the bedroom and bathroom. Many screws missing in the interior and doors / covers misaligned. The quality is terrible on the workmanship. for MSRP of $48K you should get a better class of unit. Now I have taken it out for the 4th of July and the Air Conditioner will not keep up. The inside of the unit was up to 86 degrees. I have a dog and contacted the dealer and they said they couldn't do anything until it was brought back in. I was ready to take the unit and drop it off at the door. Hope this helps someone else. Many other small items like wallpaper and wall panels.

Went in the shop in December 2022. We got it back April 2023. . The issue with the fridge was still not resolved, We were going down the interstate when another driver alerted us to the fire that the underbelly and wiring was coming out from under the RV. It is in the shop now and we are having issues since it is out of the 12 month warranty. Customer service is no help, warranty department is no help, can’t get a supervisor to talk to you. This was $40,000 thrown in the trash. Would really not recommend a Hartland product to anybody.

This trailer was given to us from FEMA as we lost our roof on our home from Hurricane Ida. We needed a large trailer since there are six of us in our family. The toilet was installed wrong from the getgo and leaked onto the floor which in turn rotted the OSB wood floor under the vinyl. A bunch of jack legs let me tell you. Since December we’ve had A/C trouble with the unit freezing up. Finally had the unit replaced and #2 was defective. Number #3 works better but I finally figured out the ductwork sucks monkey breath! It’s not the a/c but the ductwork that prohibits airflow! It’s 87 degrees in here with south Louisiana heat radiating through the roof. At night we finally get cold and sleep well. Most days we go in the house cause that a/c still works!

I find it was poorly (cheaply) made. Our awning broke of on one side! During a night of a quick heavy rain...the metal twisted and broke on one end. So we are out at a campground and need it fixed... probably before we can move it!! The tank holder outside in the front broke off! Had to fix that also...the rivets, screws... Whatever they used just broke!! I see things like staples coming out...just little things that are cheap...poorly made.

This RV is less than a year old and began having several leaks in roof, at slides, trim/weatherstripping falling off, shower leaking and only been used by kids a couple times (no one heavy) but leaks all over into kitchen, wall is bowing behind sink, outdoor kitchen falling apart, floors mark/scratch up from slide terribly, lighting issues, jack issues, these trailers are garbage and they don't stand behind their products one bit. To not try to make right a unit that is less than a year old, but because I am the second owner is ridiculous. Roofs should not leak that quickly. It's barely even been on the road, mostly been parked at one location. They don't care because they are selling so many RVs, but I can tell you NEVER AGAIN for me and I hope I can convince many others to never touch a Heartland unit.

Not sure but the window seal frames are missing some screws. Definitely had to use lubricant spray on windows so they could glide easier. Restroom is good and shower is roomy. Wish sink had a longer faucet neck. Overall love our camper!
