We bought this toy hauler new in 2014 after doing homework on every toy hauler we could find. 2 adults 3 boys 2 Doberman 2 Indian motorcycles 1 F-350 diesel This trailer has been fantastic for 9 years and is still fantastic. When loaded for a beach trip, we are over 20,000 lbs and you don’t know it’s back there. We did have a small issue in September, 2021 when we were having the trailer Winterized and washed at General RV. They were on the roof and noticed a soft spot near the front A/C unit. As it turned out, that unit was installed incorrectly from Heartland in 2014. They stapled through the roof in the wrong direction and water got in and rotted the roof through the years. General RV in Canton, Ohio took the time and pictures and sent everything to Heartland. Heartland agreed that this was 100% their mistake. After 9 years (obviously outside of any warranty coverage), Heartland told us if we would pull the trailer to their facility in Indiana, they would completely tear off the old roof and install a new roof. Obviously, that is what we did and we currently have a 2014 trailer and a 2 year old roof. Our next trailer will be a Heartland.

I have a 2020 3713 cyclone. Purchased at Wilkins rv in Bath New York. Overall we like it there is plenty of room and we plan on living all winter in it in Florida. We have a problem with the fridge it does not cool and the door alarms keep going off. This has been going on for a year and the dealer can not get it fixed. They should have replaced it but they haven’t. Now we have a window that leaks and I was told that I would probably have to paid for a new window. I think heartlands warranty is the worst one I have ever had. I have had different rv and never had a problem getting anything fix. It is in the dealership now hopefully is fixed this time.

DO NOT BUY A CAMPER MADE BY HEARTLAND!!Biggest problem now is the exterior siding is cracked due to a frame malfunction.I could list a million more problems with this camper and the company, but i think you get the point

I like the amount of chair space and sleeping space. The 3 AC’s are also a bonus. The bad’s, they refuse to cover their 3yr limited structural warranty. Unit has been at the dealer since the end of Nov for a crack in the siding and a wrinkle. Both on opposite corners of the main slide. Heartland requested us to pick up the unit from the dealer, load for a trip and take to get weighed, then unload and return to dealer. Nothing would be reimbursed. The dealer has done everything asked but Heartland and LCI refuse to admit structural damage and repair. Dealer is still fighting for coverage. DO NOT BUY ANY HEARTLAND PRODUCT! Go with Grand Designs...

Great floor plan, RV easy to move around. However, the quality is less than desired. The floor isn't sealed up good, and rodents with infest your walls, get in the space between the floor and the weather seal, eat your wiring. I have had the fridge repaired once and all three Air Conditioners had to have valve installed to charge with coolant. The shower drain leaks with no easy access. The main TV failed and had to be replaced. The nearest dealer for warranty repairs is two hour drive away. I wish I had never bought this thing. Only 10 more years to pay it off...

The back has its own entrance, 2 double beds, bathroom, TV, patio with sliding doors. The living area is very spacious with fireplace/ heater, large screen TV, recliners. Bedroom has a walk around queen bed, dresser. Master bath and closet is very spacious as well, full size shower, lots of cabinets, Porcelain toilet, washer/ dryer hookups. Lower storage for days, generator very low hrs, 3 A/C units, three axles, pulls like a dream. This trailer has been well cared for and used gently.
