Save yourself the hassle, do not be fooled by the "options" and price tag. Husband and I traded in 2020 Jayco Jayflight for a 2021 Intrepid with a bumpout. 30k price tag, got 15k for our trade in. Dealer shouldn't come up to the 18 we were offered in our home state, because that's what they'd list it for, so we drove to Boise. The trailer had so much that needed to be touched up. Tape falling off the underside everywhere, trim and popping nails inside, the list went on. We had them fix everything we could find before we left, the employee was nice enough, but the office guy was riding him. Took so long it cost us an extra day and fees in travel and they also ended up listing our turn key brand new condition trailer for 22k. Moving forward, have just taken the Intrepid out for the first voyage. I don't have WORDS. Trim straight fell off the top of the freezer and the bottom of the fridge. Door locks weren't properly drilled and functioning. Toilet has a defect where the inner seal/gasket is soddy and urine collects between the bowl inserts (we're dismantling that today because the odor is horrendous even though we don't poop in the trailer if we can help it and haven't yet to date). The magnet locks on the outdoor cargo door do not hold it up properly because the door cutout itself is warped. Cabinet doors and drawers mounted crooked and not even close to visually square. Screws straight up missing on bucket trim. Corner trim pieces missing in shower area. The list goes on...corners cut everywhere. Customer service is non-existent. We never had any of these issues with our Jayco and their customer service was phenomenal. I personally hold the dealer largely responsible. This trailer is slapped together and I just wish we had looked more closely and WALKED. AWAY.

After looking at what I ended up paying overall I realized that the took me to the cleaners. I ended up paying $2634 for a service contract and $1161 for fabric and paint protection. I spent do much time listening to them explaining the sales process to the point that I didn't realize how much they took me for. Not sure how they do it but they do. So just watch out or like me you will pay too much. I think they were laughing at me as I drove away and saying "what a sucker".
