Any company that has a policy that if you want a lawyer to look over a contract before you sign you can't do business with them has something they don't want anyone to see. In my opinion.

Received warranty work, after repairs approved (their service team) we got our camper fixed. 3 months later get a call that warranty didn't pay and that we need to pay. Demanded we call them back by end of day. Took over a year to get our camper fixed !! We were never given pricing, or anything when repairs made that we could owe. We bought our camper here and bought extended warranty here! Service and their manager called us liars and that we wanted free work. Very rude and unprofessional. Told us that they were cleaning up a mess and now someone had to pay. Do not do business here. They promise you things to buy and then don't stand by their word!!!

I had one of the most unprofessional experiences here over the last four months. We purchased a used 2017 5th wheel from this dealer in December of 2019 with the "free lifetime warranty." In December of 2020, we brought it in for the mandatory annual inspection which is required to keep the "free warranty". Every time I tried calling the service center of the dealership I would receive an answering machine with a mailbox that was not set up. I eventually went through sales to get a message delivered to have them call me, During the inspection (which cost me $300), in order to keep my "free warranty", they found some staples that were about to come through my rubber roof. This was not covered under the "free warranty" of course so I had the opportunity to pay them to inspect my rig so they could tell me what else I could pay them to fix. The service rep said he would call with an estimate for the roof, this was on December 8th, 2020. As of February 25th, still no response on the estimate. I tried calling several times again and got the voicemail with a full mailbox. After calling the sales department and leaving a message and then calling the site manager and explaining my frustration, I still did not get a call back for three days. When I finally called back and kept pushing to speak with someone, they apologized for a phone problem that "somehow got overlooked." Later that afternoon, I got an estimate for $11,351.24 to repair some extruding staples that were about to poke through the roof. That is 1/4 of what I paid for the 5th wheel less than a year earlier at their dealership to fix some protruding staples. It is clear that I was too much of a pain in their backside with my persistence for quality service. They obviously threw an unreasonable estimate to me to get me to go away. I will never return nor will I ever recommend them to anyone else I know. Mr Chamberlin, I am sure you are a great business man, and I doubt you realize this is going on in your company at the lower levels. I was happy with the original sale of the RV, and I like the unit, but the service center at this location is an embarrassment. RV owners: do yourself a favor, and get your rig serviced somewhere else.
