The Dometic refrigerator cooling unit failed on our 2021 travel trailer early in May. I contacted Dometic as the unit has a 2 year warranty. The 1 year trailer warranty had expired. Dometic referred me to two dealers within a few minutes of us and I chose this one. Unfortunately with the industry the way it is these days, nothing happens quickly! It took until July 27th for the new cooling unit to arrive and be installed. I took the trailer in the day the unit arrived and within 3 days I had it home again! The refrigerator works great again and I just want to thank Michael and the guys for taking care of us! They do not sell our particular brand of trailer, but they still stepped up and helped us out. The Parts Department is great to deal with as well and very well stocked. I recommend them both! Show less

Gimme Shelter personnel have always been friendly and helpful. We had two major repairs done by them and both were done well. Roger, in sales was particularly helpful at purchase time. I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for an RV. Show less
