DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! BUYER BEWARE!! I had a deal ready and a great rate set. They failed to prepare my coach for delivery and then time expired on my so called approved rate they promised. Then they wanted to run my credit again and sent my data off all over the place taking my 810 FICO score right into the trash with a bunch of inquiries and causing me further issues with todays rates and other lenders. I asked them to work with me since it was their error on the delay and they refused to do so. The sad part to this story is I'm a returning customer after buy 3 other trailers in the past. NEVER again, they have lost me as a loyal customer and I will make certain, anyone that I know looking to buy, they won't be going there!! GIANT RV, your company is horrible and your games won't go un-noticed!!

I have heard horror stories about taking RV/Trailers in for service and it taking months and months to get repairs. NOT GIANT RV! I dropped off my trailer with Jeffrey, in Service, on 5/3/2022. Jeffrey kept in touch every time movement was made on repairs. Some was warranty, some was not. I picked up the trailer today, 6/3/22. One month! $2,300 total repair cost. My share $515!!! I don't generally believe in extended warranties. In this case, the extended warranty has paid for itself already!! I definitely recommend Giant RV's service department, and strangely enough, I also recommend extended warranty. 2018 Forrest Rivers Sonoma. I did not use Sales or Parts, but you have to click some rating. This review is for Service and Dealership Warranty / Support.

Giant RV is overpriced and unwilling to work with you. I’m not an avid “haggler” by any means, but having a basic understanding of the market, and knowing that an older model should cost less than a current year model is unbelievably simple, yet, unheard of to these sales people. No sense of humanity in speaking with them either— more of a “take it or leave it” attitude. Do your due diligence, do your research and know before you contact this dealership.

My wife and I have been working with Ryan and his staff for 3 months now and I'm amazed at their patients with us. We have felt no pressure at all, everything we have put them through is amazing that they still talk to us. Right now we are in the final stages of getting our affairs so we can purchase the Motorhome of our dreams and the experience is unlike the purchases we have made in the past at other dealerships. We highly recommend this group of professionals to help you through your purchase. Honestly Ben and Jill Hill Costa Rica

I have had issues with this van (Thor Tellaro 20KT, class B RV) from the beginning when I bought it in November 2020 until the present time (Feb 2021) . First off this van went through (supposedly two (2) inspections) prior to purchasing the RV. If it did, who did it and was their any quality assurance on these inspections. (Rhetorical questions) I am so frustrated and over $100,000 lighter. I heard all the horror stories, from the sales people that sell these things to the problems and issues you experience with RV’s in general, and I get it if these problems started a couple of years down the road (no punn intended ) however, they started from day one and I will take ownership on the fact that I should have done more due diligence in the research and the inspection of this vehicle, I was just excited , I retired from the military and I wanted to get my own RV to drive around this beautiful country since I spent most of my time overseas. Neither here or their the RV has been in the shop longer then I have had it and it still has major issues. We are on our fist trip and I have had to tape and rigged up stuff , just to try and get it back to California. This vehicle just to name a few has lights flickering, noises and rattling that should not be happening, to include , nuts are missing, the side window fell out, water is leaking. It won’t hold propane, the tires won’t stay inflated correctly, the bed broke the first night we laid in it. Again this is just to name a few, please I just want a vehicle that starts off with zero issues and problems. If things happen down the road, I could deal with that, however, this is to much to soon. At first I took my frustrations out on Giant RV (in Colton) the place where I purchased this from, and they were totally wrong on selling me this knowing EVERYTHING was wrong from the jump street, in my next breath I will say that I am fortunate that I have an amazing service manager (Tom Decker) because with out him this process would be even that much more painful, and I will add that I have the GM of Giant RV Mike Jacque that stepped in to get things moving. However, they could just do so much, I am requesting that Thor supplies me with an RV that is problem free and in 100% operating condition and trouble free.
