We really appreciated him giving us space to explore and check on us from time to time. He answered all of our questions. WE also appreciated not having a pushy salesman just trying to make a sale. Also known as Camping World. In my opinion if you value your RV or Trailer DO NOT take it to them for service! They had my 2018 Keystone Cougar in for warranty work on and off for almost 6 months and 3 trips and still did not fix a leak in a wall. I was told it was fixed or not leaking each time I picked it up. If you value your RV I suggest you consider taking it somewhere else for warranty or other service and if you are considering buying one ask yourself is this the kind of warranty service you can expect? When I took it upon myself to finally open the wall myself that they said was fixed and not a problem there was 100% moisture and wall and insulation had to be removed and thrown away. They then were all apologetic and saying they would fix it so waited another week or so while the main office had time to collect information. Oh, nothing! Ordered the parts and they were not cheap! Should of been a clear cut warranty repair but obviously the service tech never heard of a moisture meter.
